Great hotel. Very clean and quiet. The beach is spectacular and ending the day at the roof top pool was wonderful.

Bad attention

During our stay it rained several days, and so they did not install the umbrellas, msm stating in the regulation that this would only occur on days of rain and wind.
Several families on the beach in parasols from other condominiums.
I was one of those who requested sunscreen, because we wanted to go to the beach msm like this, and we were denied!!!!
Another thing: the smelly mt pillows, c/ excess candida.
Another: by taking 1 dish of breakfast to my son, who was sleeping, 1 guy from the restaurant tried to stop me.

Flat good but unorganized

Cleaning note 10. Accommodations-note 7( everything in order, clean. But bad pillow, with a strong smell, I had to improvise with a forrage, bathroom with a Lorenzetti shower, once hot, once cool)
Very loud. There's not much control over it.
Breakfast, expensive and well confused. Items run out quickly, and take a long time to be repaired (value 45,00) leaves much to be desired.
Dinner - awful. We ordered a wide steak with spaghetti, came roasted and hard. All expensive
Beach Service without control, if you come and pick up, and stay, on your great call. Otherwise, there's not much respect in the chairs
After all, we spent 4 days, but could be more organized

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! EVITEM

Well, I go straight to the point (negative); all of us (families), we expect everything from a hotel, except that the shower is Lorenzetti, it's terrible for an establishment where infinite people circle. The rooms had bad finishes, switch coming out of place, peeled handle, bad paint, bathroom dryer shock, total disaster. Yesterday (day 19/04/25), the light out of the hotel, because it rained a lot, and, to make it worse, the receptionist said that “it happens a lot”? Dear Jesus, what a thing. Today (day 20/04/25), the light ended again, because of a little nothing, different from yesterday, which gave up severe alert on the cellphone. Oh, my sister, she got stuck in the elevator, because she was going to the supermarket, the elevator went back to work, after about 5-10 minutes, and went to the 1st floor, she went to talk to the receptionist, and he said that it is “normal”, which happens when the elevator is very much used, but not too? Equipment outdated with more than 15 years, but still, the “mount-loads” is my Atlas Schindler, a reliable company, great at what they do. I'll change the subject, breakfast; who doesn't like a little hotel coffee? Yeah, even you who drink even bad coffee shit, and say it's good, here you will say "what m**** of coffee is that?" The bread has no taste, you just feel the taste of the ham and the cheese is that! I have nothing good to say about the hotel.
