Structure location
The accommodations are in chalet format, we stayed in one that had 2 air-conditioned rooms and very comfortable beds, breakfast is served individually for each chalet, it is simple but varied, the location of the inn makes up for any shortcomings in the room, view It's wonderful, there's a chair service on the beach, there's access to Bombinhas and the jetty, the staff were attentive, the Ofuro swimming pool... rating 10

Total disappointment and expensive.
On arrival I had to wait because they had to clean the room. When we walked in, it was dirty. Then as we pulled things out of the bag, we realized that everything was malfunctioning. The glass doors facing the front do not open, the bathroom is horrible, the doors unpainted. It's a mess and we pay almost $200 a day. As I write I've been waiting 4 hours to have my room changed...

PESSIMA EXPERIENCIA – Pousada Boulevard Bombinhas
On 29/01/2025, we made a reservation at Pousada Boulevard Bombinhas for the period from 24/02/2025 to 28/02/2025, with the following amenities: living room, room with air conditioning, bathroom with hydromassage, outdoor area with barbecue and other hydromassage.
We arrived at the venue around 6 p.m., checked in and were directed to the booked apartment. However, as soon as we enter, we see some problems:
• The lamp in the room did not turn on;
• The phone from the apartment did not work (no line to contact the reception);
• The bathroom hydromassage tub presented a marked leak due to the absence of a piece, spreading water throughout the environment.
We immediately return to the reception and report the problems. A maintenance technician was referred to the site, showed goodwill, but could not solve all the problems because they were out of reach. The lamp was replaced, but the phone remained inactive and the hydromassage remained unusable.
We requested an apartment change, but we were informed that at the moment there was no availability. According to the reception, the next day an apartment would be empty and we could be relocated. We agree with this provisional solution.
That night, we left for dinner around 7:00 and returned at 9:00. We decided to use the outdoor hydromassage from the balcony. We turn off all the lights in the apartment, keeping only the room air conditioning on. During the use of the hydromassage, we realized that the system of bubbles did not work. When I entered the apartment to pick up my cell phone, I noticed that the air conditioning had been turned off. When I tried to turn on the lights, I noticed that none worked. Using my phone's flashlight, I saw that one of the lamps next to the bed had burst, the abajur was on the floor, and the apartment key had been turned off.
We return to the reception again. A new technician has been sent. It was able to regenerate the energy and, with this, the system of bubbles from the external hydromassage began to work — but with this, a strong odor of sewage came from the bathtub, making it impossible to use.
At this point, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. The technician informed that the manager (Monique) was not there, but that he would bring all the information to her in the morning. According to him, the daily routine and the apartment change would be done in the morning.
The next day, around 8:00, I went personally to the reception to talk to Monique. This conversation was recorded. She confirmed that we would be relocated as soon as the other apartment was unoccupied, and that the value of the previous daily would be returned in the form of a voucher for consumption at the hotel bar, which I immediately refused, explaining that this constitutes married sale, a practice prohibited by the Consumer Protection Code.
I made it clear that I wanted the refund in cash, according to my right. Monique said she would talk to the owner and give me back. Shortly thereafter, I received a message telling me that the total value of the days (passed and future) would be returned and that there was no other apartment available for relocation — which contradicts the above information, including the one she provided that morning. We were informed that we should leave the hotel by 11:00, despite our refusal and that we stressed that the trip was planned in advance and that, according to the Consumer Protection Code, the establishment should comply with the announced and sold offer.
The situation caused us financial damage, since, above the hour, we had to look for another place for accommodation, with a higher cost and with a lower structure than the contractor. We also suffer emotional and psychological damage, stress and frustration from being removed from the hotel arbitrarily, without our consent.

High cost and low delivery
Everything promised in the photos is not fulfilled. Except the view of the guesthouse and the cordiality of the employees left everything to be desired. It all started at our check-in, we had a delay in the entire room and we were taken to the wrong room, one double, and our room was too double. There were cupins that made dirt on top of beds. The old furniture, no care. Lack of maintenance, walls with holes, bathroom box bamba and broken. Front door does not close unless it is with the key. Small and pressure-free shower. Kitchen that should have utensils, only with the basics of dishes and cutlery and only two pots. Reasonable morning coffee, but no appearance of fresh, does not match the daily price. The structure of the guesthouse itself no longer sees maintenance for a long time, loose floors with fall risks, soft rims, no security. Landscaping no longer exists, without proper cleaning or maintenance. Cold pool, no heating. Dirty ovens, besides that some do not work. Precise attention, not because of the sympathy of the attendees, but because of their lack. Only a waiter for the entire structure (Tiago, which served us super well, with sympathy, but delays due to being alone serving beach and structure of the guest house). In governance the same thing, due to the lack of employees we wait almost 1h to receive towels and then toilet paper. Do not recommend due to cost and benefit, daily high for delivery that does.

Poor stay
Bad service, we booked room 2 weeks before, we confirmed the reservation, we arrived at the hotel, the room is dirty already used by another person and did not even have the ability to solve the problem, requested the refund of the amount, still waiting.
