Great place with opportunities for improvement
There are opportunities in services:
- the massage for couple and joint, but had a man and this was not warned, leaving my partner (and I) uncomfortable;
- the check out took longer than desired.
- how Concierge helped little about Florianópolis at Carnival.
They're all kind, though.

A complete and exclusive experience!
The service is impeccable: extremely attentive staff, prepared and welcoming. The room is very comfortable, with details that make all the difference. The level of service is very high, with attention to the smallest details.
The gym is well equipped and functional, perfect for those who do not want to give up the training routine. And the restaurant deserves special attention — excellent menu, with varied and tasty options. During the entire stay, we felt no need to go out for anything else.
Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, exclusivity and excellence in service.
