Gostaria de expressar minha gratidão ao Hotel Guanabara pela excelente recepção. Desde a chegada, fui muito bem acolhido, com um atendimento atencioso e de qualidade.
O quarto é extremamente aconchegante, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade durante toda a estadia. A área de lazer também é um grande destaque, com uma piscina maravilhosa que torna a experiência ainda mais especial.
Além disso, a localização do hotel é perfeita, facilitando o acesso e tornando tudo ainda mais prático.
Meus sinceros agradecimentos a toda a equipe pelo cuidado e dedicação. Com certeza foi uma experiência muito agradável!

He left to desire

The pre-stay service was very good, however, the hotel left nothing to be desired in the cleanliness. The discharge did not work properly, the boy from the reception needed to go to teach her how to make it work... the pool did not even want to enter, because it was with the muddy water. The coffee very few options, but still we ate well. The hotel does not offer the soap and shampoo miniatures, but I did. In the pre-stay service they extended the check-out until 5 p.m., but when they arrived there nobody knew of anything of this, and then warned in the room that they could stay until 4 p.m. I scheduled the schedule to leave at 5pm, so I had to sign up to the bus schedule because I had to leave earlier than was agreed by whatsapp.

Bom dia, gostaria de agradecer a equipe do hotel.com por mais uma vez indicar um hotel top, e agradecer tb aos funcionários do hotel Guanabara, super atenciosos e muito educados. Só gostaria de ressaltar que eu fiquei num quarto bom o problema é que ele era virado para a avenida movimentada que passa por traz então o barulho incomoda um pouco mais fora isso um exelente hotel, bem localizado e fácil acesso. Obrigado

Local privilegiado em Caragua. Perto de tudo. Café da manhã simples mas eu considero perfeito. De um modo geral amei e certamente voltarei.
