Conchegante

Beachfront guesthouse, attentive and kind staff, well served breakfast with privileged views. It was a pleasant day and a lot of rest. I suggest taking repellent or the management of the site put mosquitoes

Missing the basics

We stayed in the chalet with bathtub, the TV was with a black belt, the bathtub tap leaked, the bathtub had no heater, in the breakfast there was a lot of flies, the parking lot smelled bad, it seems that the hotel invested in being instagramavel and forgot the basics that should work. The beach is wonderful

Worse Hosting

Moody rooms, ripped wallpaper, air conditioning box hanging on the door to the bedroom. No window, or window that can't be opened. Oh, bad.
Restaurant service that doesn't work.

Suffering Care

They made a reform... It was very cozy...The chalets are very nice...but the service...This is painful... We chose to dine at the Restaurant of the Pousada... During the whole time we were in the Lounge...The Waiter came only when we arrived (after we signaled that we would like to make an order...If we were not waiting until now) at the end, after dinner no one appeared... we went to a table where there was a person sitting and I informed that he was leaving.During this whole time several guests who arrived were even welcomed or served...I saw 2 couples get up to go get the menu.
Finally...Invest in team training...Having a beautiful guesthouse, with a privileged view and location, but not having hospitality and empathy with their guests... Do not invite us to return or indicate.

Total frustration

We arrived late at night, because of the flights already received us with a tied face!
The dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, timeless, no maintenance...
Terrible bathrooms, you're even afraid of getting contaminated. Old towels and FEDORENTS.
Cleaning service is done against taste, actually do not clean pq in two cleaning requests, only removed the garbage from the trash and extended the bedding!
Nor did the towels change, and they are wet because there is no place to dry...
Beds without comfort, flower stamped bedding??? In a hotel???
Outside area, hallways and dirty pool, there are no garbage cans and the garbage stays flying - mostly plastic, until you get stuck in some corner of the floor and stay there or until you get to the beach (not even collect!), pq food remains the potatoes and rats should eat at night!
Breakfast - meeeedo! If the environment we see is so dirty, I think about the kitchen!! BETTER NOT TO THINK!!
Finally, I am very frustrated, I paid quite expensive to bring my family here - 6 adults and 2 children, after a first experience until that pleasant, in December 2024.
Everyone is zooming from my face pq we are all angry!!
