Great stay

Hotel, room and restaurant very nice and clean. The shower was good and heated well, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant food both at dinner and at breakfast were wonderful.
Availability of covered restaurant with elevator directly to the rooms.

Returning from Gramado we decided to rest in Criciúma to continue the trip the next day. by the photos of the app Hoteis.com, the room looked good, spacious and comfortable. Arriving at the hotel, it started with the antipathy of the receptionist, then the room, completely different from the app photo. I complained with the antipathetic receptionist who insisted that there was no more vacancy and other four available. I threatened the cancellation of my reservation and money back, the same four of the photo came up as magic, after a supposed call to the manager.
Well, the details of the room: air conditioning on the face, wiped towels, toilet with sewage larvae and absurdly awful breakfast.
OBS. The antipathetic woman at the reception at night was the same who was taking care of the breakfast buffet.

We like it!

Very good, clean hotel. Higienized bathroom, no toilet shower. Room good size, quiet, TV ok, clean bedding, good bed. Worth the price. The restaurant is good, simple but honest breakfast. Free parking without maneuver.

Overall a good option

I booked a double room with two single beds at the Darolt Hotel in Criciúma more than a month in advance directly with the hotel. But to our surprise when we arrived there at night we stayed in a room with a double bed, and then we asked at the reception to change our room and the receptionist repeated that we had no more such accommodation available. We had to ask for them to separate the double bed in two of single which was then done, but there was the need to change us room in one that was two single beds together. Besides not observing the booking made yet the receptionist tried to force us to stay with the double bed, in a situation that could be solved simply by separating the bed as it was done.
About the hotel, the building is new and decorated.
Our room was facing the back and I found it very quiet at night.
Clean bathroom, good shower, with hairdryer, but through the ventilation canal of the bathroom window it was possible to hear noise from other guests using the bathroom, especially when talking inside the bathroom.
The breakfast was good, without many varieties and had no choice of gluten-free or lactose-free products.
The parking is in the back of the building, walled and closed, with most vacancies uncovered (value included in the daily).
