Good.
Very clean hotel, organized and with a good service. The team was polite
The only negative point was the delay in the delivery of the cutlery. I made the request personally and I was informed that they would be taken to the room. As it took, I called to reinforce the request, but even so the cutlery did not arrive. After more than half an hour of waiting, my husband had to go down to the reception to pick them up, and our food was already cold when we could eat.
Despite this, the hotel experience was very good and the stay was pleasant.

Good location but small details that are not OK
Door key system substandard. Had to go 13 flights down THREE times to reload my card when I did not enter the room.
Too many small details that did not work for me to give this hotel approval
