I do not recommend
We came in a quick passage not to blank our wedding anniversary, my husband requested some things and were not met, we arrived and the shower was not heating, tiny room super tight bathroom, expensive restaurant is not worth it. They need to change and a lot, off internet that is awful and the tv does not take anything on account of the internet

Reviews Pousada Vale Do Sol/ EcoHotel Vale Do Sol- Embu (Same Hotel)
I'm doing the evaluation again because I verified that they have two profiles with different names, but it's the same place.
We made the reservation by an application and even after confirming by message the reservation, we arrived there and did not find the reservation and by what I noticed (other people arriving with the same problem) is the practice of the hotel. They fit as they arrive. Troubled and disqualified receptionist. Total disorganization!
Then they put us in a hidden room with three hundred stairs to go up and down. (And we didn't get any help carrying the bags.) Room and bathroom very simple. I only had the beds. No chairs or cabinets to put things in. No interphone and no fridge bar. Wifi didn't work in the room. I think TB didn't have room service, because they didn't come in to pick up garbage or change the towels. The pool is nice, but few chairs for the amount of guests and "day use," that tb do in the hotel. The hydro baths remain all the time as a pool for children and lazy adults who enter and stay for hours. The sauna was off. The wet bar tb is disabled. Only works that of the restaurant we used to have breakfast, which was bad...watery and hot juices, cold coffee and lots of form bread. Few options... and at 9h there was almost nothing (the time is until 10:00). And to pick up drinks, which has exorbitant prices, "no" the option to buy from outside since the delivery is "forbidden" and if carrying has no way to freeze or save.
We ended up leaving 1 day earlier. And I'd never come back!
For those who go for a quick walk... to shop... and stay overnight until served. But if you stay... I do not recommend.
To be "good" you need to improve a lot. This is far from being considered a hotel.

Far from being a hotel
I was on the last weekend with my family, and honestly I am so far shocked by the inhumane breakfast, muffled cake, refined coffee, no many options, shape cloth and pullman cake kkkk help cutters and horrible, horrible dirty dishes.
Room q we were completely forgotten the only outlet near the bed was open and with the wires out, dirty sheets me and my daughter are full of bites, no frigobar item indispensable in a hotel room. Not counting the night of horror q we passed with 3 cockroaches climbing on our stuff during the night. The place has a lot of potential but is abandoned.
They announce 2 pools and 1 was closed the only pool and the jacuzzi do not involve the number of people. Not to mention how people feel owners of the jacuzzi had an empty my husband went in with my daughter and a woman came running simply from nowhere and if he played it I was shocked. The jacuzzi completely dirty, coming out green things from inside the bubble exits.
Pool with completely dense dairy water I would say a disgust.
When we arrived we went to lunch in the restaurant of the hotel 69,90 for a rice with remains of chicken that same remains, skin and carcass.
I'll never come back.
Reception staff very squeezed and confused. No counting q had a gentleman la q bought the receptionist to put there in a better room pq he had already seen the accommodation q would stay and had not liked, and I when I went to ask to change room because the same cockroaches can not help pq the hotel was crowded.
After all we paid 2 days we stayed 1
So you q this reading see the other comments tbm, it is not worth ruining your day off by going through it.

Crabs in the bedroom, sunny pools and awful food
The place has potential, someone is missing to take care of...
Dirty pool, sludge jacuzzi leaving the pipes.
About the meals the almoco was a dear shame for rice feijao and chicken carcasse, the evil was not to have taken photos, the breakfast a cake with chocolate cover liguent and mofado, impossible to consume.
About the room we stayed in the stone house "or abandoned house" that the night we had the visit of 3 cockroaches the bathroom had no space to change inside so small, no arara or closet to put the clothes, unfortunately a waste because it would be an excellent place.
While staying, you may have poison for cockroaches and try to have a night's sleep.
We hired 2 daily but we decided to come away on the first day to be at least sure that we would sleep peacefully at home and not get killed cheap in the room
