Worse experience! Precary service!
Terrible, without structure, beds in bad condition, bed and bath clothes, dirty air conditioning, windows full of dust crusts, extremely dirty bathroom and bad quality service.

Worse than bad!!!
Dirty, everything is very precarious. The place can be simple, but it doesn't have to be filthy. Dirty bathroom, rotten air filter. Spotted towels. We stayed 4 nights and there was not even the dump.
Poor hygiene conditions in the preparation of breakfast, the only person who stayed there grabbed the food while smoking. Gross, poorly educated. Speaking up the phone early. No one could sleep. We had to have coffee at a nearby bakery. We tried to move somewhere else and we couldn't. This guesthouse was indicated by the agency that sold us a ticket + accommodation package.
We would never return!!!

I did not like the accommodation (bad service, total lack of respect)
I would like to record my feedback on the Pousada da Jô, in Fernando de Noronha – PE.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite unsatisfactory and the experience left much to be desired.
Right upon arrival we had problems. The guesthouse does not have a reception, and we were served directly by the owner, Mrs. Jô, who received us in an extremely rude and arrogant manner. When we informed about our reservation, she even seemed to be aware, replied sharply that she would check and came to say that if she did not know, she would not host us, claiming that “the agencies do not warn anything and simply send the guests here”.
As for the facilities, the facade even appears organization, but the rooms do not correspond to the same image. We found scratched and stained towels, scratches with unpleasant odor and clear signs of careless cleaning. We understand that this is a simple space, but simplicity does not justify lack of hygiene or inattention.
During our entire one-week stay in September 2025 the accommodation was marked by a lack of cordiality. On the Third party day of our stay we asked to clean the room and the answer was that she was “very tired” and would do the next day, which never happened. We spent the whole week without any room cleaning Service and, at no time, there was concern in whether we needed anything.
The breakfast also left to be desired, deserving a low score. On the last day, for example, it should have been served at 7:00, but it was only available after 8:00. When we questioned, the owner herself ironized, saying that “who wants to have coffee early should go search” the same still got indirect saying that the host does not accept or go against her rules that she expels from the guesthouse. Such a posture is incompatible with the hospitality expected in any guesthouse.
It is also worth noting that, during our stay, there were four other guests at the venue and all also showed dissatisfaction with the service received.
To summarize: For all that has been exposed, I do not indicate this guesthouse, who wants a good relationship with the owner and likes a minimum of organization.
