Extremely old and cheap bed linen in the room
Bad experience, bed and bath clothes and old furniture without maintenance swinging, baratas in the bedroom and bathroom even in the pot walked cheap.
I've been to Fortaleza but this was a bad stay. Crabs walking in the cafeteria, basic breakfast coffee.

Don't lose your money
They don't stay in this hotel. Not worth it.
Of 4 days I stayed, dps to complain a lot, I was able to take a hot bath only 1x, of 6 baths I took.
It is very bad, I spoke with the manager, went up my room and said that the water was hot, I don't know what hot concept for him, pq I left the shower on from 6h20 to 7h10 and so cold.
Low hotel occupation and did not have the ability to offer me another room.
I went down for coffee and had nothing. They said wue for low occupation, they would have to assemble my coffee, with this I arrived 30min late n work, without any prior notice p nothing.

Poor.
Wrapped towels;
A covered sheet for two people;
Always lacked towels and had to keep asking at the reception;
I had to ask for the toilet paper, in addition to being of poor quality;
Finished the milk at breakfast and had to repair, this pq went for coffee at 8am and the same goes until 10am;
Dirty pool, I had to wash my chairs so I could sit.
They did not change bed clothes;
The only good thing was the location, otherwise there was nothing good.

Bad experience. High Cost, Zero Benefit
I've never been so badly received in a hotel! Hosting from Thursday to Sunday, I stayed in a double room, the bed linen extremely thin, there was no item in the frigobar (even with an extra charge), bathroom with hot water option that does not heat, poor lighting, box vaza under the glass out, toilet paper of poor quality, shower leaves water to all places, less in the direction of the person. But besides, I stayed for a wedding. Although we sent the names of the professionals to the hotel reception, they did not allow entry, and the receptionist Georgia hid, saying she could not provide anyone's contact. When talking to the management present at the hotel, they (despite having authorized the day before), refused to let the professionals go up, besides not offering any other possibility, and despite being in a group of 20 people, with 11 rooms rented.

The location is good, close to the beach. But I do not recommend to anyone, nor will I stay in this place again! High cost, terrible benefit!

The staff is fine and the room was clean. The problem is that the room is tiny. The bed takes up almost the entire room and you can barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was also tiny. Overall the hotel is depressing. No smart TV so only Brazilian channels to watch. The breakfast wasn’t very good. I stayed one night and left. Could not imagine staying another night. Would not recommend.
