Failed my expectations
1. Family room: the air-conditioning is clearly not dimensioned to the size of the room. It cannot cool the environment properly and still gets directed directly to the bed. I spent four nights very poorly asleep.
2. Pools: The main pool is not air-conditioned, and the water temperature is below ideal. The spa that should be heated are only air-conditioned. Also, one of them left my body completely greened, probably due to excess metals in the water.
3. Reservation of sofas in the pool: there are few sofas and there is no rule to prevent them from being "reserved". Many guests leave their belongings early and spend hours at breakfast or elsewhere in the hotel, keeping the sofas busy without using them. A simple policy to prevent this type of reservation would greatly improve the experience.
4. Attention: All employees are extremely polite and friendly, but the service is not resolute. Requests are always received cordially, but rarely result in a practical solution.
5. Beach: The sea is warm and calm, but there is virtually no sand strip in front of the hotel. In addition, during our stay there were many algae in the entrance of the water, which impaired the experience.
6. Gastronomy: The food is not bad, but also not close to being a highlight. It's just reasonable, below what I expected for a hotel of this standard.
7. Structure for children: the toy school seemed abandoned to me: there was only a picture without a cover and virtually no toy available. Still, one day they put a film that would be suitable for children, but the choice was Flow, a film without dialogues and that clearly did not catch the children's audience. Most children left before the end, some even crying.
8. Bikes: I used a bike from the hotel's own kitesurf school and there was only one adult bike available. The march was stalled on the heaviest, making use practically impossible.
9. Academy: The hotel has no academy, which was a frustration for me.
I hope that this feedback will be helpful and that these points will be handled by the hotel, as many of them are relatively simple to resolve and would make a big difference in the experience of future guests.

Perfect for families
Our stay at Jaguar India Village, from **08 to 12 July**, was simply wonderful. We traveled in family (me, my husband and our daughters) and had days of great rest and special moments.
The hotel is beautiful, very well cared for and surrounded by nature. From the arrival we noticed the affection in every detail. All areas convey a sense of tranquility that makes you really slow down.
The employees deserve a special praise, all quite attentive.
We left with the certainty that we made the right choice and we are already planning to return. I recommend closed-eyed for those looking for a destination to travel with family, rest and create good memories.

Pleasant dinner in a spacious and beautiful environment
The environment is of extremely good taste, the attentive service, the dishes very well presented and tasty.
I recommend a visit if you are not staying there.
As we went at night, we couldn't appreciate the view that must be beautiful.
