Great Energies!

The Hotel is very cozy and welcoming.
His style is all natural, good vibes, zen...
Lots of nature and positivity in every detail.
We arrived at night and there was only one room available. Simple but comfortable.
When we went to take a shower, the shower was no longer hot, but it was probably because it was very late at night. In the morning it warmed up very well.
Upon arrival it took us a while to find out where the entrance was, then we realized that the gate is closed because it is pet friendly and there are doggies running loose. We think it's great.
The breakfast is wonderful and very complete... Various types of bread, savory fillings and more than 6 cake options.
You can do everything on foot... go to the beach and have dinner in restaurants at night.
The environment and service is incredible. We love it.

Cute on the outside but ordinary

It's cute from the outside, but the rooms are horrible, the bed linen is of poor quality, the bathrooms are dirty and unmaintained. Loud music day and night. Children screaming in the reception until dawn. Knocking on doors and running
And the front desk doesn't give a shit.

Beautiful on the outside, bad on the inside

The common area of the hotel is beautiful. The decor is impeccable. Balcony with pergola, bushes and plants, breakfast tables set in the middle of this environment. The pool is also nice and a nice size. Recreation area with pool tables, table tennis, and kegais as well. But only. The rooms are dark, poorly ventilated, and kept in reasonable condition. We had a problem with the bathroom shower drain, where the water barely went down and the smell intensified until on the second day it became unbearable. The hotel tried to resolve the issue, but it took them two full days to resolve it, instead of changing our room. It only resolved when I gave an ultimatum that if it hadn't been resolved by the end of the day, I would request a room change. Christmas dinner was poor, the serving dishes were unlit and there were no identification signs. We picked up the food without knowing what it was. The breakfast is no longer the same as it was 2 years ago.

Ótimo local para descanso, funcionários atenciosos, local privilegiado, cercado por natureza, café da manhã ótimo, fresco caprichado e saudável. Ambiente muito agradável. Bom para crianças, tem espaço e diversão. Ótima localização perto da praia e da lagoa da Ferrugem. Fui em março, então estava muito cheio. Foi minha segunda vez.
