Merry Christmas

Upon arriving to Garopaba it was raining, part of Mother Nature. We ate at the hotel and the filet mignonettes and pasta were cooked to perfection. The service was amazingly quick for Brazil. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We used the pool the next day which had a great view of the city of Garopaba and the ocean. All customer service experiences were great, kudos to the manager. The property is gorgeous, very clean and well situated for great views.

Amazing location, wonderful experience!

It was such a great few days off. The hotel has a lot of rooms, but it feels very private as we didn't bump with almost anyone except during breakfast time. Breakfast is delicious: carrot cakes, fresh squeezed juices and cheese balls are a must have. The staff is so nice, it felt literally like a Brazilian family. The pool area is beautiful on a deck, there is a warm pool below and we enjoyed the steamy room almost every day before dinner.
From the hotel, you can walk to Silveira's beach which is a nice 15 mins away, but not far at all from the other city beaches. I also recommend asking the hotel concierge to connect with the folks from the Garopaba Experience, to plan Stand Up Paddle on the lake.

On blind´s men land... who has one eye is a king!

There is no way I would return to this guest house... or recommend it to anyone.
Bad accomodation, tiny rooms that you could hear the toilet flush from the appartment nextdoor. And kids running around.
Silveira beach has the most incredible view! And Eco Village faces the town (opposite side).
So expensive for what you get!! Specially for New Year´s and Carnival packages.
A much better idea would be to stay in Praia do Rosa, instead of Garopaba.

Noite romântica

Lugar lindo!!! Com uma vista incrível atendimento maravilhoso desde a chegada até irmos embora.
Café da manhã delicioso ambiente super gostoso e agradável.
Piscina com vista para a cidade de garopaba e no fundo o mar.

Decepção.

Na segunda manhã de estadia nos levaram cesta de café com pão e queijo mofados!
Chamei o rapaz da recepção. Mostrei.
Nos prometeram trocar até de fornecedor de café.
Na quarta manhã novamente recebemos dois pães mofados, com manchas de bolor.
Um horror.
A limpeza está deixando a desejar também.
Não pega Internet nos quartos.
A TV não dispõe de canais para criança.
Frequentei o hotel em 2018 e 2019. Era incrível.
A estadia de 2023 foi uma decepção absoluta.
