Above expected!
I will start with the main highlight: I have stayed in many hotels and the breakfast at Alphapark is really a highlight, excellent and with a lot of capricho, the cream pastel or Belém pastel was delicious.
Other aspects: the location is not the best, few restaurants in the area. The friendly and agile service. Room and bathroom good size. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, good shower.
Points that could be better: the quality of the pillow does not fit with the rest, TV with more options, more stable Internet and the gym that does need to improve, including providing a drinking room there.
However, even considering cost X benefit the hotel is excellent.

The Alphapark Hotel has a good location and good facilities.
I recommend careful with reservations made by phone, as there may be a lack of communication between attendees in shift changes.
We went through this experience on 05/12/2025 (Friday), after we suffered a last minute accommodation cancellation, where our reservation was passed on to another customer, even after we warned we would arrive later. Probably due to lack of communication in the shift of attendees.
This situation caused enormous wear and tear, since it was already 2:00 a.m.
In the face of the need we had to look for other alternatives in the vicinity of the Alphapark Hotel and we were very well served by the K Hotel, who in the morning welcomed us and accommodated with cordiality.

Cost-benefit that is not worth it
We stayed at the Hotel AlphaPark, in Goiânia, from 19 to 22/06. Once we arrived, we were placed in unit 131 (1st floor).
The first night was very tumultuous because we spent the whole night hearing snoring that, despite coming from a neighboring room, seemed to come from someone who was in the same room we were in. The next day, there were children treating the first floor hallway like a real amusement park; they kept running and talking loudly and – again – it seemed like they were inside the room we were in. I think the hotel should review the structure, as the walls between the rooms seem to be thin, which would require the placement of a layer of acoustic coating or something similar. On the occasion, when we contacted the reception to report both situations, we were suggested to change room, which is why we stopped at unit 305 (3rd floor). Already in this unit, in turn, despite not being close to the snoring of the neighbor and the noisy children, we had nightmares with other neighbors at the door, because around 2am, it was possible to hear, from inside the unit, loud conversations and laughing. I decided to walk out the hallway to identify the unit from which all that noise came. Having done this, I contacted the reception again to ask that they interphone or take another provision as a way to remedy that whole situation.
Another thing that caused us confusion was regarding the pool on the terrace (3rd floor). In addition to being tiny, when we got there, we noticed that the water was dirty with dead animals, pieces of paper, plastic, in addition to being with sludge in the background. I spoke to reception officials about this, but, to the example of other situations they did not know by flagrant unpreparedness, they did not know how often the pool was washed and the water was changed. I then asked someone in charge of the pool maintenance to go to the scene to attest the facts. Thereafter, Seu Luiz, a longtime employee of the hotel, informed us that a provider contracted by the hotel comes at least once a week to clean the pool and apply chlorine. I argued that, from the way the pool was, it seemed like it was more than a month ago that someone didn't grab a bush to pass through those tiles of the pool. Soon, Seu Luiz, showing himself helpful in the direction of removing at least part of the dirt found in that area, made efforts to punctually give a resolutive for the case by connecting the return device inside the pool and sewing passage. It should also be noted that next to the edge of the pool, next to the wall facing the piste, there is a pit full of water, which resembles a small pool, with a lot of animals, such as dead flies, cigarette bits, as well as debris of all kinds. As all indicates, this is a situation that has lasted for quite some time without any effective measures.
In addition, we found the lighting of the rooms and hallways unintensive, which impedes activities such as good reading.
The discharge of the vase from the bathroom is weak, even came to occur, during our stay, clogging of the vase, which was quickly resolved by always concerned His Luiz. It is worth saying that this situation of clogging did not occur because we played toilet paper in the pot, even because, if we had done, would not have had the ability to clog any view if it is simple leaf paper; even, something that does not coincide with the size of a four-star hotel.
Also, I had to trigger someone from the cleaning and knew that there is only one employee who leaves around 3 or 4 pm and that, after that time, any problem related to the cleaning unfortunately needs to wait the next day with the return of the same employee. In other words, according to the information obtained, the hotel would not have another employee in charge of cleaning after the aforementioned hours for the rest of the day.
Before making the reservation, I contacted the hotel to see if all the items offered were valid and were fully operational. They replied that the gym was small and that it was working normally. It turns out that when we get to the gym, we come across old, rubbished appliances. The only mattress wasn't working. After moving the cables and removing and re-putting the outlet – believing it was some bad contact – I contacted the reception to what was told by Mrs. Kelly that there would be no one who could do the maintenance of the gym appliances that weekend and that she herself would go to the gym to evaluate whether it would be possible to make the mat work; in the days that followed, the mat continued to be inactive.. In addition, the bicycle was roaring, there was only one mattress available; finally, a whole situation that could have been avoided if the attendant had been minimally sincere and responsible in telling the truth before making the reservation.
There are two elevators and the sensors to call them on the floor, from the ground floor to the upper floors, were malfunctioning. In addition, the sensor of one of the elevators on the third floor was not only not working, but also the plaque on which the sensor was, was loose during the entire period of our stay in the hotel, even after having notified the reception staff about it.
Breakfast was good, but left to be desired in some respects. The fruit salad always finished more than an hour before the coffee closing time. We also saw several guests improvise the preparation of a salad with some fruits that were available. Another thing that caused weirdness was that although we were in the capital of Goiás, there was no corn or any of its derivatives, such as pamoney, curue etc. None of this was offered by the hotel, which left us quite upset.
After all, the place was chosen by the finger for everything the hotel website claimed to have, including I called before to know the details, but unfortunately, it failed our expectations.
Finally, I say that if the hotel does not take energetic measures now, you will lose a lot of clientele, because there are various and excellent accommodation options spread throughout the capital of Goiana!

No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place.
Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had.
His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again.

Great choice in Goiânia
Hotel with good structure, attentive staff.
Could evaluate to start the coffee at 06 hs and possibility for operation of the Gym 24 hs as this facilitates for those who are in the city to business.
Stay close to meal options.
