Great accommodation in Holambra
The rooms are well equipped, with fridge bar, air conditioning, bench, new bathroom, etc. The acoustics could be better (you can hear some noises from the hallway, from other guests and staff), but this is a frequent situation in several hotels we have already stayed in, including some large. It did not become a big problem for us, since the occupation was quite quiet in the first two nights, but maybe you can work better the sealing of the doors and suppress the "bip" of the locks, which will definitely improve already.
As everything in the room is quite new, the bed is still a little "fast". We suggest that you evaluate the possibility of acquiring pillow tops - an accessory that always leaves the bed softer.
The breakfast is very good, with varieties, compatible with the size and the proposal of the hotel.
The reception is not 24 hours, it works from 6am to 22pm, but this does not cause any inconvenience. Guests register their facial at check-in and can arrive or leave at any time, in addition to the security in the nighttime (although Holambra is already one of the safest cities in the country) and the teams attend at any time via WhatsApp.
It should be noted, by the way, the extreme sympathy and kindness of absolutely all employees. Note ten.
Finally, three additional suggestions:
1- keep permanently open the new wing's internal access to the reception (will pass a little more tranquility for guests, despite the undeniable security of the venue);
2- assess the pertinence of gates to close the parking lot (which would also pass more tranquility, even if it is safe anyway);
3- Have some flexibility to provide guests, when requested, early check-in or late check-out - of course, if hotel occupation allows. This is practical in the various hotels around the world (even the big ones), and it is a friendly attitude that conquers the customer. It is understood that there are pre-established hours, the hotel has a fee of R$ 30,00 per hour of anticipation or delay, and that is fair, ok. But maybe offering a flexibility of 1 or 2 hours without charge if there are no other guests expected for the room would be nice, would generate positive points for the hotel.
In conclusion: despite the suggestions left, we loved everything and would stay again. Congratulations to the entire team!
