Great value for money

Very good service, fast restaurant, very good food at a fair price. Spacious, clean rooms with new furniture, pillows and quality bedding. Bathroom with excellent shower, I highly recommend it.

Zero concern with hospitality experience.

Disappointing. Answer always no. Manager is never at the hotel. Let's go to the whole story: we booked from February/2025 a room for São João (price not cheap, paid in advance and in full at the time of booking, 3 thousand reais for a couple for 4 nights). We booked a luxury room, which theoretically would have champagne, snacks, honeymoon decoration and breakfast in the room. When I arrived in the room, after hours of traveling, I had a very loud sound from the street, which seemed inside the room and I asked for a change. Answer: No room change is allowed.  The sound continued very loud, without moving anything in the room, I went back to the reception and asked to talk to the manager. He wasn't there and they called him, who authorized the room exchange. We were placed in a room that was apparently lower, but less noisy. I asked about the amenities of the luxury room and the answer was that they would check and that if I had to transfer, they would. Answer? None. I mean, no. Zero concern with customer expectations. The other day we spent the day out, they did not clean the room and at 4:00, when we returned and we were resting, the waitress knocked on the door, we warned that we did not want, not satisfied, we called... the feeling is that they would break the door. Did they want us to get up and clean the room?  Another day: 23/04, holiday eve, busy city, festive period: breakfast only until 9:00, the only yes we received, at 9:20 a very delicate employee allowed us to enter and serve us while she picked up everything. Wouldn’t it be possible to understand that it was a festive week, where guests come back late to the hotel and obviously wake up later?  Finally, we need to leave one day before, we ask that we stay with the credit of one day for later use and the answer? No. Finally, bad experience, no care with the guest, with expectation, with respect, with dignity, with care, with zeal, with comfort. Zero concern with the hospitality experience. In a hospital we're treated better. Ah! During the period, we tried to talk to the manager about 4 times, he was never at the hotel.

I really liked the hotel. Must be one of the best hotels in the city (or the best). Good service, a good leisure area on the roof, good location and good price as well. Clean and well-organized rooms.

Zero customer focus

The air conditioning is very weak. It takes a long time to cool the room. The television in my room didn't work and as the hotel doesn't have maintenance staff at night, the employee couldn't exchange it for a good TV in another room (management didn't authorize it).

Qualidade e bom atendimento.

O hotel tem um ótimo custo benefício, a qualidade da comida do restaurante é boa e tem uma boa academia de ginástica.
A piscina é bem pequena mas da pra usar.
Bom atendimento, quarto limpo e boa internet.
Gostei bastante.
O quarto é bem amplo e o hotel é muito novo.
