Great location

Great hostel. We were very pleased with the service. Very friendly professionals. Breakfast Good and great location
Close to everything. Super indicative for who's gonna stay with the family. I thank everyone at the guesthouse. It's worth liking Jeri.

I do not recommend

We were in another hotel and, as we asked for another day in Jeri, the agency moved us to the Isalana, which had the same rate as the other one (which unfortunately was full). Isalana is visually beautiful, it has a cozy pool area and a beautiful look. It's well located, with nearby restaurants that suit all budgets and even a market in front and a 24-hour bakery next door. However, the service is terrible. We entered and left the inn without seeing anyone at reception. When we arrived to check in we had to shout for someone to help us and a guest called an employee to help us. The room wasn't ready and they didn't know which room to put us in. For a couple, the room was a good size, but without a shower stall and everything got wet when taking a shower. No soap was available in the rooms, the TV didn't work, the bed had a very fragile structure, I woke up several times at night thinking it was going to break. Breakfast had little variety, it was supposed to start at 7:30 am, we arrived and there was almost nothing served. We waited and went to have breakfast at 8 am. And a flaw of Jeri hotels is that they know that agencies usually pick up tourists at 4pm to return to Fortaleza. Check-out being midday, the minimum would be to provide a shower so that tourists can at least organize themselves to leave. I took a shower in a shower in the middle of the patio with other guests passing by. It could be a changing room in the pool area, which would already be great. Anyway... I don't recommend Isalana to anyone, there are other better inns.

Terrible

The hostel is horrible, it only gets a 1 for the location, which is very good, right in the center of Jeri and close to everything. Apart from the location, the inn is NOT worth it! The room has dirty walls, a bathroom with mold and stinking urine. Attendants are not good, it seems that we are getting in the way of asking questions related to accommodation and tips. Weak breakfast and when we went, there wasn't much, we waited for the eggs and cold cuts to be replaced but it didn't come, we went elsewhere.
Bad choice!

Horrible. I do not recommend..,.............,...........,................. .................

Hotel canceled my stay citing infiltration in the room. The information was given at the time of entry. Total lack of respect for the customer. At the reception I saw customers listening to my complaint and agreeing with my negligence towards customers.

Trip to Jeri 2024

It needs to improve a lot, and urgently!
The good things I can only talk about are the location and the reception staff. Breakfast was almost nothing, weak shower, air didn't cool well, for the price charged it should be much better. I hope they improve, as it is well located and has a swimming pool area. top.
