Incredible and indescribable experience!

My stay at Hotel Vista do Lago Lodge was simply amazing! A wonderful place, with a welcoming structure and an unforgettable experience.
The food is delicious, prepared with a lot of care and quality. Another big difference is the possibility of choosing the tours, which makes the experience even more personalized and special.
I also want to highlight the exceptional service of the entire team, always very attentive and helpful. A special thanks to the owner Adriana, to Manoel our guide, to Lane who takes care of everything to always leave pleasant and to the best chef the Japanese, you made all the difference during our stay.
No doubt, a place I recommend and where I hope to return soon!

An unforgettable experience

Our experience at Lake View Jungle Lodge was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our trip through the Amazon. Since the arrival, we were welcomed with a lot of cordiality by the whole team, which made us feel truly welcomed.
The rooms, built in palafitas and equipped with air conditioning, provide a very authentic immersion in the rivery community, without giving up the comfort necessary to rest after the walks.
Another great highlight was the gastronomy. Lunch and dinner offer a delicious opportunity to know the typical Amazon cuisine. It is not a wide variety of dishes, but a genuine experience, where everything served values the culture and flavors of the region.
The tours also deserve special attention. The lodge offers various experiences options, and the itinerary is assembled according to the interests of each group. In our case, the tours were exclusive to our family, which made each experience even more personalized and special.
We also had the privilege of getting to know the cabocla community very closely, visiting the flour house, the craft workshop and sharing moments that would hardly be lived in a conventional script.
Finally, a very special thanks to His Paul, our guide. His knowledge of the forest, local culture and life in the Amazon, plus his sympathy and generosity, made all the difference. He transformed every walk into a true lesson about the region.
We left Lake View taking much more than beautiful photographs: we came back with a much deeper understanding of the Amazon, its people and its cultural richness. It is an experience that we warmly recommend to those who wish to know the forest in an authentic, respectful and unforgettable way.

We love the experience and recommend!

We loved the experience of staying at Lake Jungle Lodge View! The guest house and the view is beautiful, clean rooms, the meals very tasty. There is a deck that is possible to swim in Rio Negro, the water is very nice. We saw a lazy beast with a puppy in the trees. The tours are quite cool, our guide was Paulo and we really liked how he guided us and shared local knowledge! I recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vista do Lago. The logistics for picking us up in downtown Manaus and taking us to the lodge and returning us to the airport were well organized and everything went smoothly. Upon our arrival, we were warmly received before proceeding to our bungalow which had everything we needed (comfortable beds, air conditioning, towels, a fridge stocked with cold drinks that we could enjoy as needed and pay for at the end of our stay). The meals were wonderful. First of all, there was a lot of variety (including lots of delicious fish) to choose from. The fresh fruit and desserts were also yummy! But the chef also made special gluten-free carb options for my friend. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful and always stood ready to help. The excursions were very enjoyable and we appreciated having a mix of nature-based activities with getting a sense of how people in the village and surrounding areas live. During our stay, there were families with children who enjoyed the small pool. And we all enjoyed the hammocks in the common area. I would return there in a heartbeat!

A necessary and unforgettable disconnection!

We spent 4 incredible days at Lake View and could enjoy the beauty that is the Amazon. The feeling of being immersed in the jungle, with the sound of nature and the coexistence with the locals. The rooms are very clean, the food simple and well made. Highlight to Mr. Manuel was our guide on all the tours, very kind and with a huge knowledge about the plants, animals, trails, navigation, which made us feel safe on all the tours. We also thank Abel - who gave us amazing tips for tours around the region; Finally, it is the perfect place for those who want to disconnect from the world and connect with the Amazon. I highly recommend!
