We had a memorable stay.
Described as a 4-star, providing a 5-star experience, the H Niterói Hotel, is indeed a reference in accommodation in Rio de Janeiro.
The hotel stands out not only for its modern structure, but mainly for the high standard of service. Under the leadership of General Manager Vanderlei — a professional of excellence — who made all the difference in our perception.
The view is a separate spectacle. From the hotel, it is possible to contemplate the Bay of Guanabara, the Sugar Bread and the entire outskirts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, especially at late evening, when the setting turns into a real postcard.
Another big differential is the Don Juan, the home restaurant, with a 5-star standard, offering refined and unmatched gastronomy. Every detail, from taste to presentation, reinforces the positioning of excellence.
From the lobby to the rooftop, we find the beautiful architecture, cleanliness and the well-trained staff leaving footprints in our memories.
I had the impression that the pool is air-conditioned, endless edge, and located on the roof generates many Instagramable photos.
The rooms are one chapter apart, sober, elegant and extremely clean, with highlight for the view that permeates the balcony.
We'll come back whenever we have the opportunity.

The breakfast selection offers a nice variety of bread, though adding a few healthy protein options would make it even better.
The pool is a great spot for photos, though the saunas feel like a wasted opportunity and space. Replacing the saunas with a real bar or restaurant would better use the space and offer a fantastic view.
