Price does not match the reception

It's worth reading if you want to stay.
After 5 years that I rated the chalet reasonably, I returned and booked one of the best suites, giving a second chance. I paid 2200,00 on a daily basis in a bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, bad muuuuito soap, no mark. It is not possible to want to save on products in a “luxury” suite. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, unprepared waitresses, sad, with no excitement to work in a place like this.
We ordered a picay, came hard, poor quality.
If they accept suggestions, invest in a luxury hotel manager, because demanding customers go and don’t come back.
I will give 3 stars for the structure, as it is very good. But, details are that customer loyalty.

Hosting ok, food pretty bad.

Food leaves much to be desired, breakfast with bad options, hard cheese bread, cold rain cake, dawn cakes, pretty bad even unfortunately. The experience with dinner was no different.

I spent more than 1000 to stay in a bad room bath tv nothing worked awful experience

Lunch in Ouro Preto

We went to eat at the restaurant. The spectacular view. Lunch on the terrace. Regular attention. They brought us the champagne and didn't uncover it. The food was fine but the wench never returned, we were not offered even ppstre or another drink. To pay we had to go to the checkout
Very good prices.
