Hotel muito bom

Localização privilegiada, quarto espaçoso e limpo, excelente café da manha. Entretanto o estacionamento não esta no mesmo edificio do hotel e as diarias são um pouco "salgadas" comparando com os demais hoteis e o porte da cidade

Hotel Colonia

Old hotel without investment in improvements, bathrooms with shower on top of the toilet, could go through some improvements, only is well located in the city. The coffee time is only for vacationer, who are paid work and do not use because it only opens 6:30h have to go out and eat in the snacks and bakeries of the city, in normal places the jobs begin at 7h. The hotel thinks the world only works after 8:00.

Outdated, outdated!

Outdated and outdated! Old fridge, bathroom from the early 70s, completely outdated, dirty and smell bad. There is no toilet shower. In the single room there is no box. I usually stay at Suntory when I go to Pará de Minas, but unfortunately I did not get a vacancy there, so I stayed at Colonial. By the way, the town of Pará de Minas lacks better hotels. Breakfast with absolutely reduced hours.

Simple hotel

The hotel is located in the central region of Pará de Minas with easy access to any point in the city. It has an agreement with a parking lot a few meters away on the street, but it can only be used at the end of the day, from 5 pm onwards. The room is a good size, but looks old and the bathroom has mold on the ceiling. The closet door wouldn't open because of the floor lock on the bedroom entrance door. I stayed for 2 nights and during the second day the maid did not make the bed, limiting herself to just folding the bed linen and leaving it at the foot of the bed, I thought this was very bad for a hotel. In addition to the location, the two other very good things about the hotel are the service at the reception and the breakfast, which has a good variety of options and is very well served. For my purpose, the trip was worth it.

Recomendo com ressalvas

Localização central, situado na rua dos bancos e comércio da cidade.
Hall moderno e ótimo café da manhã com espaço confortável.
Logo na entrada, as escadas dificultam a passagem de malas.
Destaque muito negativo. Não possui garagem! Dizem ter garagem, mas na verdade possuem convênio com um estacionamento na mesma rua, e que é válido de 18 horas eu acho até as 10 da manhã do dia seguinte, em outros horários você paga à parte. Em dois dias a noite tive que estacionar na rua porque quando cheguei às 20 horas o estacionamento já estava cheio. Sem contar que precisa carregar as malas pela rua entre o estacionamento e o hotel, penso ser pior se estiver com família e crianças, ou ainda motociclistas com bauletos carregados nas motocicletas...pois carregar pela rua agora pode ser bem ruim.
Prédio antigo, com elevadores antigos que dificultam a entrada e saída de malas.
Dormi confortavelmente, apesar de encontrar cabelos no travesseiro e lençol em umas das 2 camas do quarto. Os quartos são antigos, haja vista a mobília e cerâmicas dos banheiros e quartos.
Se não estiver de carro e precisar se locomover pelo centro, o Colonial é uma ótima opção! Mas em outros casos, há outras opções a considerar.
