Lindo, tranquilo

Um lugar muito surpreendente, lindo, suíte agradável, vista linda, muito arborizado, restaurante agradável, comida ótima, café da manha não é luxuoso mas muito gostoso. O único problema foi o ar condicionado que não resfriou o suficiente. Porém gostei muito do lugar e fiquei receosa pois me disseram que era a beira da rodovia, mas somente a entrada, ele fica bem afastado e com portaria que da maior segurança. Voltarei mais vezes.

Disappointing - not peaceful!

Our son and daughter-in-law were on site a week before we checked in for two nights. They saw a friendly, peaceful, place we could explore a little bit of the cerrado, and reserved two rooms for them to visit with us. On arrival, we found an inconsiderate staff, poorly equipped rooms (wobbly toilet, no hot water in one shower, phone to office didn't work). We could have put up with all of that, but the incessant loud music from the restaurant and bar was unbearable and although we contacted the office twice there was no adjustment. We left. And we will be pursuing a refund of our deposit (50% to reserve the rooms). Recommend you verify your room and the ambiance carefully before checking in.

Hotel fazenda

Hotel estilo fazenda, a piscina é uma boa opção para relaxar, local tranquilo e isolado. Quartos limpos mas estrutura bem antiga. O restaurante é bom apenas para o café da manhã, demais refeições deixam a desejar bastante. Serviço de drinks na piscina, tem lazer para crianças

Sofrível

A proposta do hotel é boa, muita natureza e verde, porém o hotel precisa de manutenção, limpeza péssima, roupas de cama sujas, check in e check-out muito demorados (só tem 1 computador). Café da manhã terrível. Embora se encerre as 10 horas às 9:30 fomos informados de que não haveria mais reposição de nada e o hotel estava cheio, éramos um grupo bem grande que ficou sem café da manhã. Moscas nas comidas que restaram do café. Quando pedi um refrigerante em lata no balcao a atendente me informou que não poderia me atender pq estava ocupada lavando as loucas e que só depois das 11 ela poderia me entregar a lata de refrigerante. Experiência bem ruim.

Pouso no meio de uma grande viagem.

Ficamos hospedados num chalé com 2 quartos. A piscina estava em obras e o som da varanda do restaurante era muito alto. Poderiam melhorar a limpeza do quarto. Equipe atenciosa, satisfez nossa necessidade de descanso para continuarmos. Bom café da manhã.
