Relaxation and tranquility from the sea

The balance between simplicity and sophistication.
Clean hotel, ventilated apartment and spacious. Balcony with 100% cotton net. A scented and refreshing place.
Breakfast in a beautifully arranged lounge for a delicious breakfast.
And this comes filled with the delicate care of Camila, Gardson and Leudo already at the reception that extends throughout the hotel.
I will come back with great joy.
Holiday on the beach with a taste of home!

I recommend and would return!

The highlight of the accommodation is its location, if you do almost everything without needing your car. The breakfast is delicious but repeatable and could have more options, including improving the juices.

I paid for comfort, I got a leak and an emergency room.

I would like to leave a notice for future guests of Vento Brasil. We booked a superior room, but our stay was a logistical nightmare.
Right at the entrance, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. We complained three times and the hotel hasn't sent anyone to fix. After a lot of stress, we were relocated, but the proposal was a "ping-pong" of rooms: we had to leave the provisional room and return to the room defective the next day. To avoid the disorder of living in function of luggage, we accept to stay in a room of "emergency" (very lower).
The biggest absurdity was the financial: the hotel refused to pay back the difference between the upper room and the emergency room. They offered only a voucher of 100 reais for the home restaurant, which is an insult close to the amount we paid and If you are looking for tranquility and respect for your consumer rights, look elsewhere. This hotel delivers a service well below what it charges.

Desde o primeiro contato que você fez com a recepção do hotel a respeito do vazamento no banheiro, de pronto você foi atendida, nós realmente não tínhamos uma categoria igual ou superior pra te oferecer durante todos os dias da sua estada conosco. E sim vocês teriam o desconforto de ter que mudar de suíte pra resolver a situação, visto que estávamos lotados e a única solução seria essa. Porém a diferença de valores foi paga em dobro pra vocês através de voucher no nosso restaurante e tudo foi informado no seu WhatsApp. Não foi R$ 100,00 como você menciona no comentário. Tudo que estava ao nosso alcance foi feito, não ficamos com débito (em dinheiro) nenhum, ficamos com a responsabilidade de ter frustrado a sua experiência de hospedagem, te pedimos desculpas no dia do ocorrido e voltamos a pedir desculpas novamente. Sentimos muito pelo desconforto causado por esse vazamento.
