Excellent place to rest

I went with my dog and was surprised by the size of the place, has a field that she can play at will, pool and the room has 2 bedrooms, is quite spacious with the huge bed, I will come back more times.

Assessments not consistent with reality!

The hotel is very worn and little care is observed with the cleaning. The accommodation leaves much to be desired. The doors of the apartments although they have electronic lock , work with a tetra key and the magnetic card is given to unlock the energy from the room . The only positive quality is the care and attention of employees. They are always ready and ready to serve well. The location is away from the center, peripheral neighborhood, and access is not good, with a steep ramp to get to the hotel. I booked by Booking and the rating does not match the reality ... the hotel leaves much to be desired in relation to the rating ... would not be more than a score of 3 in 5!

Good cost-benefit

Good cost-benefit. The Hotel is very old. Old decoration and conservation of furniture and external and internal structure leave something to be desired. There are potted plants with dead foliage throughout the hotel, for example. I had the impression that the Hotel was abandoned. However, I am allergic and have not had any respiratory problems. And clean.
We went on the Corpus Cristi holiday. We asked to light the fireplace in the central room and there was no firewood, which was not provided throughout the holiday.
We ordered lunch one day and it took almost an hour to arrive but it was very tasty. Very delicious food.
The service is very good. They were helpful and attentive.
The breakfast is good but needs to improve the options. Things run out and take a long time to be replaced or not at all.
The hotel's acoustics are terrible. You can hear absolutely everything from the rooms. I woke up several days to an alarm clock in the next room.
It has a very beautiful view of nature and ample green space. One of the football fields is occupied by clotheslines for drying hotel sheets and towels, I found this quite inadequate.
I wouldn't go back, but for the cost I think it's worth it for those who want to get to know the city and like nature.

Stay

Almost everything perfect. Breakfast, simple but very tasty, clean rooms. But the acoustics in the room are terrible. Listen to everything your neighbors say or do. The staff were very polite, especially the night receptionist, Felipe and Mr. Breno. Only one employee, called Bernardo, was very uneducated, who didn't know how to give information and when he spoke, he was really rude. I think I didn't know the rules and ended up being discourteous. Of course I didn't leave it cheap, but be aware of this employee.

Hotel é bem simples, estrutura antiga, toalhas, roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, mas para uma noite sem esperar muita coisa, está ok
