Pousada Familiar
A Pousada fica localizada numa luxuosa residência de família, que foi adaptada para se tornar uma pousada. O proprietário nos atendeu de maneira muito cordial, inclusive permitindo uma antecipação no horário do "check in".
A localização é magnífica, fica numa encosta com vista para um vale e para uma serra.
Dispõe de uma bela área de lazer, com vista panorâmica da região, piscina e quiosque.
O café da manhã (farto e com ingredientes de boa qualidade) está incluído na diária.
Como é uma pousada "familiar", com poucos quartos, e parece que os proprietários residem no imóvel, os serviços não podem ser comparados um "hotel": não há recepção 24 horas, o serviço de quarto só vai até às 20:30h e, em alguns momentos, fica parecendo que o hóspede está "invadindo a privacidade" dos proprietários.

Good house but is adapted for Inn, entrance is a very strange place, at ladode a club (cousins house)
bad experience.
started everything wrong in Reservation, asked for 50% advance in pix, do not accept Reservation by card.
when we ask for information by zap only send link , no one explains anything , do not answer call in zap and have no fixed phone
When we arrived we came across a super strange entrance , next to a zone , at the bottom of an agricultural silo
We arrived at the end of the night , arriving we discovered that the Inn had no restaurant , the cafe of manha starts at 7:45 and the only attendant of the place leaves at 21:00 and only has the support of another employee by manha .
we requested the cancellation and the employee contacted the owner who said it was not possible, even with the Inn completely empty was not possible the extortion of the money
so we still face this tragedy of experience'
the room for a couple and 2 children , was a double bed and 2 single mattresses thrown in the chao , without the bed , was delivered the 2 sheets games for us to arrange the children's mattresses .

The room we stayed in had two doors , the door that gave us the key is an entrance from the side of the car park , along with the open part of the property , and there 's another door that we don 't have the key , ( and there 's not even a block where we can feel safe ) they said it 's for the staff to arrange the room .

Very bad experience
We stayed in the “Suite” accommodation. This accommodation should not be offered for accommodation. It is in poor condition. Péssima experiência. Não volto!
Péssima experiência. Saímos de Cuiabá na expectativa de ter um final de semana agradável, mas não tivemos! Muito pernilongo na pousada. Houve infiltrações no quarto que reservamos que ainda não foi arrumado. Deixando à mostra as infiltrações, o mofo, a parte da caixa elétrica, em cima do chuveiro estava preto. A tampa do vaso sanitário não parava aberta. Fica caindo quando usamos o sanitário. E para finalizar, a banheira solta MUITA SUJEIRA quando liga z as hidromassagem. Bem nojento. A funcionária foi tentar limpar. Encheu 2x e nas 2 saiu muita coisa preta. Sendo que já tínhamos feito o procedimento 2x. Pedimos para falar com o dono, que estava na pousada, mas sequer nos atendeu. Mandou recado pelo funcionário. Pagamos 2 diárias e só usamos uma, pois o principal atrativo do quarto, a banheira, estava soltando sujeira. Pedi a devolução de uma diária e o dono não respondeu e nem apareceu. Mandei mensagem e ele não responde. E o café da manhã também deixa muito a desejar. Valor da diária caríssima. Não vale 1/3 do valor! Acionarei meu direito na justiça.
