The small rooms are modern and have a great breakfast. The pool could be warmer, though.

Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro — Very Disappointing Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro.
I made my reservation with breakfast clearly included, and I was 100% certain that this was part of the rate I paid. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff completely denied that breakfast was included and tried to charge me an additional fee for it. I was also pressured to pay for an upgrade, despite the fact that I had already booked and paid for my reservation under specific conditions.
The frustrating part is that the reservation clearly showed breakfast included when I originally made the booking. Unfortunately, after the payment was completed, the receipt/details available to me no longer clearly displayed that information, which made it extremely difficult for me to prove what I had originally selected. Nevertheless, I know what I booked and what was presented to me at the time of reservation.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally or finding a reasonable solution for a guest, I felt like I was being charged extra for something that was already included in my reservation. That is simply unacceptable, especially from a hotel brand like Hilton.
This experience completely changed my perception of the property. I expected transparency, professionalism, and good customer service, but instead I left feeling misled, overcharged, and extremely disappointed.

Beware of the hold on your card. In spite of the hotel stay being fully paid 2 days into my stay, this hotel continued to maintain the hold on the full weeks stay amount instead of incidentals only and has to date not removed the hold. It’s 8 days now.

I hope to help with this
We were a few weeks ago, the hotel is pretty nice, the service is always very cordial from the reception, very concerned with my request for feeding for my two pets, the daily is ok for what has of services in the hotel.
As a hotel manager, I have been able to see millions of possibilities to generate revenue and add value to hosting. The hotel seems to me to be a transit hotel, more for executives at work.
We bought a floor that offers space with dishes and drinks included well legal the proposal, but is poorly structured, may be a super differential, but did not bring matching. Finally, I believe that the hotel's proposal is not to be strong in gastronomy and experiences. Minas bbs were very well received. Hosting beeeemm away from the beach.
I believe that there are no hotels with more services in RJ for those who cost to stay in the hotel at the end of the day and enjoy the view of the river and take good drinks.
