Very good stay
The hotel is very good. We were very well served when we arrived in the middle of the morning. We take advantage of the pool and other facilities offered by the hotel. The difference was the convenience of leaving the bags while visiting the Maranhenses Lençóis. We could leave our bags at the hotel and withdraw at the return. In addition, as our transfer to the Lençóis (Barreirinhas) would leave early in the morning, we were offered a snack before the transfer departure (3:00 AM) since we would not be at the hotel at breakfast time. Hospitality, room and outdoor space great.

Charge without consent
I stayed at the hotel from 31/10 to 02/11. My hotel experience had been great until the time of the check-out, when I was charged a fee of R$ 100 for a visit that went up to my room and waited for about 30 minutes. At the time of check-in, we were informed that there would be an extra charge if there was an additional guest, which was not the case. When they authorized the climb, at no time was I informed of any costs, that is, there was no verbal authorization or signed by me for the collection.
I felt hurt and left the hotel with a feeling of frustration and powerlessness after what happened.
I regret the lack of flexibility and take the opportunity to emphasize the importance of this information being communicated more clearly, because at the check-in I was told about another Cover staying in the room and not paying for a visit. In addition, any collection must be agreed, as they do with frigobar expenses, thus avoiding other people from going through the same situation and in the end being overwhelmed with the collection of an unauthorized amount.

Nice view, good location, great rooms
Location well located in the tourist area, in front of the beach. Very comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, frozen splits. Varied manya coffee, although some items with slow replacement. We had problems with the elevators. We arrived with a broken one and we left with the two non-functioning ones, which even forced us to go down the stairs with our bags from the 3rd floor.

O café da manhã oferece um cardápio variado, pensado para atender diferentes gostos e preferências. Contamos com dois elevadores: o de serviço está em funcionamento, enquanto o elevador social está em processo de avaliação pela equipe de manutenção, por medida de segurança. Good cost-effective hotel with good quality service
Hotel well located, in the Orla of Calhau beach, close to excellent restaurant chain in Orla, I walked the night by the shore alone to one of the restaurants away approadaments about 800m, returned to the hotel on foot without problems. For those who like physical activity, you can enjoy a walk on the shore in the morning, or the hotel gym. There is a Blaus ice cream shop next door, I suggest trying the cupuaçu or Carimbó pavé! In addition, the leisure area with pool is very attractive. The room is comfortable with comfortable beds, clean environment, bathroom with hot water. Have frigorifer at your disposal. The hotel restaurant has a menu with few varieties. The breakfast is good.

A sloth would be faster
This hotel is well located, pleasant to view and the view isn’t bad. The service unfortunately is horrible, slow to the point of being an insult, the receptionist is dumb beyond belief, insisting I provide the Brazilian tax number ( the fact that I can’t speak Portuguese didn’t make her click)
Restaurant is worse 3 out of 18 tables are taken, 4 people in all, “45 minutes delay “ I’m told , people in their rooms have also ordered.
