An extremely disappointing experience!
I booked a triple room, but on arrival, I was informed that there was only one double room available. To add an extra bed, they wanted me to pay for a double bed. They wanted to charge an extra fee, even if I had already paid for a triple room.
I spent another hour at the reception waiting for my wife to arrange the room waiting for them to arrange the room with my child in her lap. Finally they put an additional bed in the room that when I sat I identified that I had a broken foot, without any conditions of use. The employees were unprepared and uneducated. An extremely disappointing experience!

Basic, clean, comfortable helpful staff
They have secure indoor parking. Breakfast was much better than the typical fare you would find at a Fairfield Inn in the US, with fresh passion fruit, yogurt, locally produced cheeses and bread.
My room had two small twin beds that were firm but comfortable. The hotel has free WiFi. It's not the fastest, but I just queue up the photos to send back to work and walk away.
