Total failure and serious service failure – Do not recommend.
The critical points of my dissatisfaction:
Apathic Care: Desmotivated staff, without proactivity and ignoring the basic needs of the guest.
Failure of Access: They blocked my room access card before noon, even while I was still staying, causing unnecessary disturbance.
Kitchen Unavailable: During Mother’s Day, the kitchen was closed to guests due to an internal event. No transportation in town and no options at the hotel, I was forced to order delivery.
Absurd Demora (Room Service): My external request arrived at 13:44. I ordered dishes and cutlery, which were only delivered at 13:45. Waiting almost 50 minutes for a pair of cutters and a glass of wine is unacceptable for a hotel that proposes to be a reference. I ate the cold food.
Zero Logistics Support: There was no effort from the reception to assist with alternative transport (taxis or partnerships) when the mobility apps were not working.
As a tourist, I expected support and welcome; I received obstacles and despair. If you are looking for a reasonable experience in Vitória, I recommend looking for other options.

Gostaríamos de esclarecer que, em relação ao transporte, o táxi foi prontamente solicitado via grupo de taxistas parceiros, contudo, lamentavelmente não havia carros disponíveis naquela rede no exato momento do pedido. Quanto à disponibilidade do restaurante, ressaltamos que o serviço de quarto permaneceu operando normalmente para alimentação, havendo apenas a exclusividade do salão físico para a realização do Brunch de Dia das Mães.
Seu feedback é valioso e já foi encaminhado à nossa equipe de gestão e aos responsáveis pelos departamentos citados para que possamos dar atenção especial às questões relatadas e tomar as providências necessárias. Nosso objetivo é o aprimoramento contínuo de nossos processos, com foco na clareza e comodidade aos nossos hóspedes.

Amazing, but no laundry on weekends.
However, it’s surprising that a hotel of this level doesn’t offer a laundry Service on the weekends — something that is needed, especially on long trips.
Another detail: the preparation of omelettes and tapiocas begins after the official opening hours of the coffee, which can frustrate those who arrive earlier. Small adjustments that would make the experience even better.
