The bathroom was terribly dirty, there were full of ants on the toilet seat so I even couldn’t use it at once, so needed to use toilet at the shopping mall nearby, it was much cleaner than the property.
Luckily I have a priority pass so I could have a shower at the airport lounge so I could get on the plane with clean body but otherwise I needed to go to the office with dirtiness after the long flight.
Also the owner told me that he had a car and he can drive to the airport for $10 that is as same as the Dart, so I asked him to do so at 10pm.
He told me to leave the property much earlier than 10pm and there was a different driver outside.
I was already suspected him as what the owner said was totally different.
In the end, the driver asked me extra money in spite of he had already received the fee from the owner.
Of course I refused it but he started to say things that didn’t make sense, that made me so annoyed.
I highly recommend not to trust what they offer you and simply call a car via Dart app to avoid this annoying situation.

Very terrible experience
Due to the power outage，the owner arranged us to Coliving Kiulap which is 2km far away from main attractions. In order to save money，all guests were arranged to their car until the car is full which wasted us 1-2 hours.
When we arrived，due to the language barrier between the owner and aother South Korean guest，they argued for the fare of transportation and the owner shouted to the guest and tried to kick him out and in that time I tried to understand her and maybe she was under the pressure even if her attitude was extremely terrible and one of her staff tried to punch the Korean and it was in mid-night and if they did ，the situation would become difficult so I persuaded each other and by the help from her staffs then everything became Ok but actually her tone was full of threats made everyone unhappy not only Korean guest but others include me.
And the second day, the power of Bandar had recovered not because of the owner, it's the help from another guest then some of us had moved to Bandar and I asked one ( I think she is a staff but the owner denied) where should I stay and she said Bandar so after I visited the mosque I just came to Bandar and another disgusting thing is that they locked the door and even a guest was locked inside and I still waited for them for around 2 hours.
When I came back,I asked them to send my belongings back and they said yes include the owner and her staff but when I came to the time they promised and when I asked the owner then she just said “the driver is sick” and I needed to take a shower and change my clothes and when I tried to find any alternative methods to resolve the problem and the owner became very emotional and mean again.
When it toward me，I just realized that how selfish she is and she always stand in her own standpoints and slander others and look others down.
I originally asked the help from one guest (who came back to Kiulap and paid by himself)but the owner stopped him and said to him “just one night for him” There is no any spirit of service when she shouted on What's app just like a shrewd and kicked me out of her property (yes, the word she used) when we came to her “property” and we will be looked down and it seems that we beg for her accommodation and it's really ridiculous.
She just regarded herself as a victim but it isn't true because why the power outage happened it's due to the small kitchen was on fire of her “property ”and on the street only her “property” was power outage and it happened before and we can see from the comments by an American guest. It's not like the natural disaster like what she said and that's because of the lack of maintenance and we could also find that there is only toilet for all people in Bandar and only one for male and only one for female in Kiulap and the tiny kitchen is in a mess in Bandar.
I didn't chose to stay in her property that night and asked help by policeman and even though I spent more money but it's much better than a place which seems like you beg to stay and when I complaint the disguised owner lied to Agoda but when I showed off the evidence on What's App and comments before the website refunded me totally and my complaint will continue.
Local people are very nice when I came to report at police station and they laughed and it seems that it's not the first time.
From her attitude, and I am not sure if 22 is her “property ”whose comments are much better and I sincerely advise all travelers to choose a hotel in Brunei and you may see the comments on Agoda and Google that's what I should do before
