Basic, spacious and great location.

Hassle free check in and check out. Rooms are basic, spacious room, they provide cups and a kettle but no coffee or tea. Wifi is ok with satellite TV. Hotel car park can accommodate maybe around 7-8 cars. Hotel is strategic, less than 10 minutes to Gadong Mall. Behind the hotel full with restaurants, cafe and even KFC. Hotel front facing workshops luckily on that day was public holiday. They will charge for extra towel!

Suitable for 1 night

*The room is clean and big.
*The price is reasonable.
*Near by to the resturents behind the hotel.
*The location is behind kfc menglait area & front hotel were workshop area.
*Need to use taxi or vechile to go this area or any place like the mall gadong or bsb.
*suitable for 1 night stay or transit.

Hotel but not Suite

To be exact, I stayed here on Nov 4, 2015. Not far from the airport but the public transport in Brunei not really convenience. Nope at all. Taxi way too expensive for 10mins journey! Thanks to my friend who working there, pick me up at the airport and be my tourist guide for the whole day on my arrival. You can't save for transportation, if you don't have anyone you know there...please rent a car for sightseeing.
The location of the hotel is secluded, not a good location. I choose to stay here because it's near to the airport. Attractions? None! Surrounded by workshops & factories building. I have to walk 30mins to supermarket & no convenient store nearby. Me & my friends got lost for an hour to find the hotel, called a few times to get the exact location. If I took a taxi? Man... Wasted money like a flowing water haha! Thanks to my friend again, too much sacrifices you did for me & feel sorry too that I preferred to stay in the hotel instead of your place. Just don't want to trouble you but... Sorry!
The hotel looks like a budget hotel in Malaysia. So I think they should drop the word 'Suite'. Small lobby & not that welcoming. Room condition & facilities are fine. Huge with twin beds... You can safe the laundry service because I just utilized one bad only.

Location wrong on google maps

We booked through booking.com and seeing their photos on the website decided it looked clean and nice enough given the price and our budget. We looked up the location on Google maps which shows the hotel to be in downtown bandar seri begawan. This is incorrect. This hotel is close to gudong (10-15 minute walk) but not close to much else.
This is not totally the fault of the hotel, they did say they have complained to google to get this fixed. I would recommend ensuring this is updated.
The room is very good. Very spacious and clean. However the location really put a dampener on our trip to Brunei as it is just too difficult and expensive to get to and from.
There are buses but no system explaining to visitors on how to use. Other than this the only option is to use pre- determined fare taxis, which are expensive.
On this note, I highly suggest paying a little more for a location closer to the main sight seeing area.

Good hotel but not good in location

Hotel is clean because not crowded or still new. Location not so good for traveller without transport. It located in car workshop area, it was noisy when you want to have a nap in the afternoon, most of the workshop testing their motors at this time. But morning was ok, we able to sleep till 11am. There are few restaurant located next few blocks. There are shopping mall nearby but not located for walking distance.
