This hotel doesn't get the basics right
I wouldn't recommend a stay at this hotel for anyone, even on a budget. Here are the main reasons why:
1. Room cleaning: the cleaners did not clean the rooms. They just folded the duvet and that's it. We had to request new towels, even after leaving them on the floor (standard sign for changing them). They did not vacuum the carpet. It looked like the floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
2. Awful shuttle service. I could put up with the grumpy driver, that didn't bother us. It was the service that the hotel provided - if you didn't make the shuttle, the driver wouldn't take you to the mountain. It was like a lottery - who got on the shuttle got to the hotel/mountain. He often left people stranded, even though the hotel receptionist said we can call out of hours. This was a real downer on the holiday. The shuttle is an old VW slide door. We had to stuff our gear into the back; there wasn't a box. The capacity of the shuttle is 7 seats, but because there is only one van for a large hotel, the driver forced people in to a capacity of 10 (once I saw a guest sit in the boot). For the last two days, I had to take my bag our shoes onto the mountain, as we didn't want a repeat of walking all the way back to the hotel in ski gear again. A holiday shouldn't be this faffy. The hotel was not willing to be hospitable to its guests.
3. Our shower leaked all over the floor. We had to take quick showers in order not to flood the bathroom.
4. The hotel is a long way from the gondola, so the shuttle service is essential. As mentioned, a single 7 seater with no box for equipment serving a arge hotel is just ridiculous.
Avoid this hotel like the plague.

Below average hotel with rubbish spa and inedible food
It’s cleanliness is crap, the towels were dirty, bedding not changed, plug missing from bath etc etc.
The restaurant/ food on site is horrific. They served us the wrong food (not what we ordered) and then gave us the right one after half an hour later, it came to us cold and inedible! The table next to us has pink chicken and one tables order never came. Really awful service and really basic place.
Bad customer service and awful ‘spa’ the massage was however incredible by the guy there!
We actually had to leave early as it was so unpleasant….
