So very helpful

Aer lingus cancelled our flight home to Dublin and we were put in this hotel, really quick check in and extremely friendly and helpful staff, I honestly can't fault this hotel

Not up to a 4-star rating.

The room was spacious, but it takes a glance not even too careful to realize that the finishes were done roughly. Poorly applied wallpaper, carelessly coated putty and details clearly left “half-finished” give a general feeling of neglect, not up to a 4-star hotel.
The most serious problem, however, was the noise: initially we were assigned a room with a loud constant hum, similar to large air conditioning engines, accompanied by wall vibrations. Sleep was practically impossible. Only after insisting we were changed the room.
To make the picture worse, a strong and persistent stench of sewer present in all the hotel corridors, really unpleasant and difficult to ignore.
In summary, structure with potential but poor maintenance and serious comfort issues. For the stated level and price, you expect significantly more.

Very disappointing stay.
Dirty room and poor cleanliness.
Insects in multiple areas of the hotel (photos attached).
My wife became ill shortly after eating the fish served at dinner and required emergency medical treatment. Hospital documentation is available.
The hotel refused to take responsibility and repeatedly claimed they could not determine that the illness was related to the food they served, without offering any meaningful assistance or goodwill.
We expected professionalism and customer care, especially in a situation involving a medical emergency. Unfortunately, we received neither.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
I was bitten by insects during my 2-night stay.
I have a total of 25 different bites on my head and arms, and they are incredibly itchy and sore.

The hotel is not a four star. The parking is first come first serve. We made reservations for a king size and the room had two twin beds but we combined it and it was ok. Although the sheets are small for twin sizes, there are two sets so it did the job. The housekeeping didn’t clean much just emptied garbage and left new towels. The safe didn’t work properly. There was a spider in the room. The area itself was nearby the popular areas. About 5 mins with a taxi.
