Nice hotel

Pros: Big clean room, big beads.
Cons: A little bit too far away from the sea (15 minutes of walking in one way). Too much chlor in the pool.
About Sunny Beach: good quality sand on the beach but too much noise (esspecialy from the near casino). The sea is very dirty.

Very bad experience

A very bad experience with this hotel, because at the end of the stay, the owner objected to an unexpected fine for the confiscated thing(we heard that this is how they try to rob people in Bulgaria )he made it so that if we didn't pay, the police would be called, but he only wanted to deceive us , tried to delay us so that we wouldn't catch our flight. Not to mention that no one spoke English at the hotel, the food was below average and the all inclusive drinks were downright terrible. Never again this hotel !!

Not great

Food was not great, my friend had to pay a fine 50€ because he took a piss in the corner in the garden
They’re wasn’t any rules to not do that
And the manager said at 1st 50€ and then on the check out says 100€ my friend didn’t want to pay the fine and the manager call “the police” in reality it was just random security
And the pool was freezing cold and no light was turn on in the pool at the night
And about the fine, it was just the rule he made up and he’s just a thief…

No entertainment, no kids' area, swings dangerously broken, no English

We were told there will be kids' area, there were 2 tiny swings that were propped up with two stones and were very dangerously balancing. No entertainment of any kind, nothing whatsoever for kids to play with, slippery area around the pool, too much chlorine in the pool. Very ignorant women at reception and not any better at meal times. Smoking is allowed everywhere, even at dinner times. Nothing for vegetarians to eat, I was hungry all the time (vegans would starve). To sum it all up- Back to USSR and not so low budget

TERRIBLE

this hotel has been a terrible experience, I'll start by describing the food: very, very fat adding it has been pretty much the same food every day and one day they put for dinner old bread with mouldines!
Most of the staff members do not speak English. Regarding the cleaning, in the bathroom we had sand on the floor all our staying with one day exception when they cleaned the floor . I definitely do not recommend this hotel!
