superb place
So here was the good surprise, arriving without reservation (but knowing the "booking" price) with our rental vehicle, we were allowed to park it for free in the guarded grounds of the establishment (little space) and benefit from the price floor (very cheap) of the room with breakfast included without discussion from the reception manager and this in good English and smiling and answering all our questions. Room chosen at the front of the building, those overlooking the swimming pool being really too expensive apartments for us. Clean room, carpet too, nice bathroom, decent furniture, good clean bedding and king size bed, quiet, elevator, everything from a 3 star with its services. high level buffet breakfast with lots of things on display, beautiful dining room. A big plus is the beach not far from the hotel accessible by a private exit and only 300m from the establishment on foot!
Located in the new Nessebar with its many bars and restaurants nearby offering low prices. You are also 1.2 km away on foot from the typical and very touristy Old Nessebar gem of the area. Truly a great place to visit without moderation!

Very quiet and clean family hotel - with good food & nice swimming pool
we spend 10 days here with family. we liked this hotel.
the room was cleaned regularly, food is okay, not various but good.
wi fi works fine, swimming pool is nice and clean, stuff is helpful.
the old city is really interesting, a lot of shops for tourists.
beach is 5 min walk, everything is absolutely OK for that price.

Can do better
We stayed 4 nights in Melsa Coop, in half board. I must say that the lady's working at the reception, are lovely and they really do their best to help you. Our room was big enough and clean. Just the shower could be cleaner.The hanging rack in the shower was full of dried soap! This is a 3 stars hotel, so you just get soap and shampoo. No water boiler in the room, but if you like to make your own cup of tea, you can get cups with hot water for free, in the bar. We found that very kindly. No haidryer in the room, but you can ask one at the reception. Our room had a nice view at the swimming pool and the sea at a distance, and had a small balcony. Nothing to complain. The garden with swimming pull and deckchairs is nice. Location of the hotel is good, at walking distance from the Old Town and the bus station (about 1 km). It is very close to the beach. And now something about the restaurant. There went the things wrong for us. There is a terrace, so you can eat outside, but there are only big tables. So you have to share the table with other people. The tables were sometimes very dirty. Used plates, cups...are not removed. At breakfast, the coffee and tea are just not drinkable. No juice, just water. Just toast, no other bread. The rest of the breakfast was good enough. The diner buffet, was mostly tasty, especially the soups were good. Just the desserts were a bit of a disaster. And here comes another problem. It has to do with the guests. A lot of them start their evening meal, with flying to the desserts and putting their plates full of them. After 5 minutes, the table with the desserts was almost empty. Yes, plates are refilled, but sometimes that took a while, and it is not a nice sight, to arrive at a dessert buffet, with just left overs. A lot of people take food with them, they filled their bags with all they could, not a nice sight too. We saw people with little table manners, not used to eat with cuttlery. So, it was not so cosy to eat in the restaurant. There has to be a re organisation of the resto, with more people to clean the tables and take the dirty plates away and refill the buffet.And a breakfast with normal coffee and tea and juice to drink. But I do not know what the hotel can do at the behaviour of a lot of their guests.

A really nice hotel
A really lovely hotel. No complaints whatsoever.
Comfortable, clean and more than adequate bedrooms. Spotlessly clean, good air con with satellite TV and lovely warm showers. Three course breakfast, including vegetarian options. Lovely swimming pool. Central location, ten minute walk to the old town and less than five minutes to South Beach. Staff were untra helpful and really couldn't do enough.
In fact dfficult to fault. We really did have a lovely seven nights and would have no hestation in going back.

Nice Family Hotel
The rooms have been refurbished & are big & very nice. The cleaner is a real nightmare, insists on coming into your room to clean when you want a lie in, just leave me alone PLEASE!!!
She even walked in when I was still in bed!
Near to beach & nice big family pool. Near to taverns too & not far to old Nessebar.
