Very clean and welcoming stay, great breakfast and restaurant available if wanted. Lovely spacious room with water and hot drinks in room. Outdoor swimming pool and spa relaxation area was peaceful and well maintained, helpful staff making it an overall lovely stay. A little out of the centre but super easy to travel in by taxi, car or even bike hire from the hotel

Nothing serious, very bad service

Absolutely nothing to do with the photos with what they offer! When we arrived we were told that we were the only guests of the hotel so they would not give us the breakfast buffet if not two breakfasts to choose, I did not understand, because there were two buses at the door of the hotel, I thought they would leave too soon and well they should have warned us because I decided on the hotel for breakfast. The next morning I was pale seeing that the two buses were still there, they were two football teams and they did have breakfast buffet!!! I went to claim immediately if I am not mistaken the director heard me but hid in her office, they told me that the footballers have a special diet, I took pictures, it is a breakfast of the most normal, and also that is not my problem, if they offer the room with the buffet breakfast, give it, if not warn so that we can choose another more serious hotel.
My mother and I had a massage, the excellent girl, when they started with me, one of the buttons and the girl at the hotel reception had a very lively chat, with laughter and fuss, I asked the masseuse to get them attention, it is not a receipt to be taking a relaxing massage with screams and laughter, they went a little further but they continued. Unserious. I do not recommend it at all. You're exposed to anyone coming in and closing your breakfast so you don't bother.

Regarding the breakfast arrangements, our aim was to ensure a high-quality experience despite the main hall being reserved for a private group. To accommodate this, we provided a comprehensive menu equivalent to our full buffet. This allowed for a personalized breakfast, which was prepared and served specifically according to the individual selection made upon arrival. We regret if this bespoke approach felt less convenient than the standard service.
Regarding your impressions of the staff, we maintain high professional standards and will certainly review the feedback concerning the SPA area to ensure every guest feels welcome. It is, however, wonderful to hear that our massage therapist made such a positive impact on your stay.
