Great location, but so many stairs!
We took the cheaper room as we didn't need much - BUT turned out it was a 5th floor with no elevator. That might be our fault for not noticing, so pay attention.
Also, there weren't enough mirrors in normal locations in the room itself, only in the shower and bath (but there are no sockets there).
The owner is very nice. Allowed luggage keeping for the day.

Small and colourful
Communication prior to our arrival was very poor, and it was the same during our stay.
We were taken aback by the overwhelming colour scheme as we entered the apartment but that soon subsided.
Location of the apartment is very good, a couple of blocks to close to Metro Serdika, walking distance to most attractions in the city, Billa supermarket, money exchanges, pedestrian mall Vitosha and lots of eating places.
The apartment was small, suitable for a (small) couple only, would not recommend for three.
Layout was tight all round. All amenities provided, but impractical to use with very little bench space or space to move about.
Bed was round, which as it happened was fine for us as we are small persons, but it would certainly be unsuitable for tall people. Otherwise, bed firm.
Lots of sun in the apartment in the afternoon. Washing machine worked well, WIFI was intermittent. air conditioner functioned efficiently; great as we were there during a heatwave.
Apartment was clean and secure. Lift in the building.
Overall, our stay went well.

A great colourful apartment in the heart of Sofia
- Central location in the city, only a short walk from many points of interest
- Good affordable price
- Easy check-in / check-out procedure
- The host and the cleaning ladies were utmost helpful and very friendly and kind
- Clean apartment, comfy bed

a great apartment in the centre of Sofia
it's located in a residencial building (not in a hotel)
The location is great, near the Vitosha blvd., many resturants and shops all around. The women market is a few minutes walk. The Apartment is just lovely, roomy and very well equipped!! 20 minutes ride from the airport.
Highly recomended!!

Insgesamt empfehlenswert
Etwas laut von der strasse, aber Fenster sind relativ schalldicht.
Aufzug, Heizung, Klimaanlage, WLAN und komplette Kücheneinrichtung sind vorhanden.
Lediglich eine Kofferablage fehlte.
das Bad war etwas arg schimmlig, die Wohnräume waren in Ordnung.
Für die schlüsselübergabe musste ich bei Ankunft erst die Vermieterin anrufen, nach kurzer Zeit kam dann jemand.
