Great place!
The great comfortable place. Clean rooms. Kind personnel. Lidl supermarket is very close. Few cafes nearby. Close to the see. Good beach. Not far from the city. Sozopol is beautiful place. Ravadinovo Castle is also worth to visit. Visit this place!

Sozopol orange
My family and I lived in Villa Orange in July 2019. We got to the hotel by accident; there were no rooms in our beloved Sea Villa. We had two rooms - a standard one on the 2nd floor and a studio on the 3rd.
Overall the hotel lives up to its 3 stars. I liked the breakfasts - the food is quite varied, there is always fruit.
Not a bad pool.
The standard room is small, almost all the space is occupied by the bed. There is a TV, a small refrigerator, and air conditioning. The windows overlooked the pool and the road - not the best view.
The studio was great - large dining area, new furniture, refrigerator, dishes, kettle, microwave, etc. There is a wonderful view from the large balcony.
The biggest drawback of the hotel is the cleaning. It is completely unclear on what schedule it is being carried out! Linen is changed every 3 days or every week. Conversations on this topic with staff change little. Everyone smiles and nods, but nothing changes.
A big plus of the hotel is the accessibility of our favorite Kavatsi beach (20 minutes).
The closest beach is Bamboo across the road (5 minutes).
I would like to mention a wonderful employee, Maria. She helped us a lot and was always very friendly!

Not a great experience from the staff
The place was not too bad in terms of convenience. In terms of hygiene, I think it wasn't bad either. The thing that seriously needs to be improved is the attitude towards people. Personally, I and my friends constantly had problems with a blonde aunt who apparently had no incentive to work or maintain good relations. For no clear reason, we received remarks and arrogant behaviour, which, in my opinion, is not normal for a person who wants to rest from stress. Something that also made me think a lot was that the rules of the villa did not apply to everyone, and it felt like a double standard. In general, your holiday depends on the mood of the woman at the reception with blonde hair.

One of the worst places is Sozopol
The place was very dirty with mole around the corners of the rooms. The furniture is old and over used. The staff that is at the reception during the night is extremely rude and clueless. The towels and the the bed sheets were also very old and with holes in them. Doesn’t waste your time bringing those issues to the front desk cause you will here the words “It is what it is” There are a few light bulbs missing. The pool is very rarely cleaned. The curtains are also old and dirty. If you have allergies this is not a place for you.

Problem with the booking
I'm having really bad experience with the booking at this hotel. A week ago we made a reservation for this hotel in Sozopol, Bulgaria via Trivago and ZenHotels. I've paid for the reservation in advance and when I got to the hotel I was surprised by the news that the reservation did not go through . The receptionist told me the hotel was overbooked and they didn't help me at all with the issue. It was a nightmare to find another accommodation. So now I want my money back but after a week still have no confirmation from ZenHotels. They still "working" on it. Probably will have to open a dispute with my credit card if I don't get refund within a week. So don't use this ZenHotels if you want to have a zen vacation!
