Best hotel in town

I came to Svilengrad on a business trip, officially staying for a month. And right at the beginning, I have to say, am I glad I chose this hotel for my residence.
When I found out I had to come here, I started looking for a hotel, sent a few emails just to inquire about the prices of the rooms, what do they include and so on. Tanya, the manager of Parish Hotel, replied me in a very polite way, and even then I knew that would be my choice of stay. Of course, I looked online at their website about types of room, and over emails I arranged my staying there with her, everything I needed it could be arranged (little things like laundry, room type, minibar emptied for my convenience if I needed it for extra space, etc.). So after I arranged my staying there, all I had to do was to come to Svilengrad.
After my arrival, everything was as we communicated over emails and arranged, my room was waiting for me. And it was like I expected, clean with a very spacious bed, bathroom. Even the bathroom was filled with little shower gels, shampoo, shaving cream with a razor blade, toothbrush with a paste and things like that. They have this sign if you want your room to be cleaned, just put it there od the door handle, if not, flip the other sign and you won't be disturbed by anyone, your privacy is going to be respected.
Breakfast was more than enough for anyone's taste, from cereal to all sorts of salami, cheese, etc. I mean there were more than 15 meals. Staff is more than friendly, they are there for you whatever you need. So, no negatives from me definitely, absolutely enjoyed my stay there, and if I ever come again on a business trip or personal, I won't have the slightest doubt where I'm gonna stay.
One suggestion from me would be to expand that lunch menu a bit, different types of a meal would raise a quality of the lunch and guest would enjoy it more.
Also, you have a gym inside a hotel, a sauna if you wish, a little terrace outside to just chill out. Nice park in front of the hotel, with a little fontana, if you want just to walk a bit, enjoy the sun.
Once again, a pleasure to be staying there and a big thanks to the staff employed, from the cleaning ladies to bartenders and manager Tanya especially for making my stay there enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed.

We were very cold during our stay (6 nights) , as was the welcome, also cold..
Breakfast to review
A closed gym.
Very high price, we went home to Sofia, nothing more to see.

Excellent hotel

Big room with nice view. Polite and nice personnel ready to help with everything. Big parking on site. Toiletries in the room. God breakfast served in the morning. Variety of foods and drinks served. Nice restaurant.

Very nice hotel

I ended up in Svilengrad with colleagues on a business trip and we booked Parish Hotel. Hotel is next to one of the Casinos, is new and comfortable. Rooms are huge with nice bathrooms, they have gym on the ground floor and a restaurant where the breakfast is served. Breakfast is rather ok, basics are provided. I ordered coffee from the bar and it was good. It was surprising that my room was not cleaned after a day but i did not make a fuss as had enough towels. If they don't clean rooms daily it is an issue but they might have made a mistake. Other then that the hotel is rather descent and nice to stay.

Brand new

Rooms were clean and large enough. Very comfortable and useful for our needs. You could get good sleep. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious with good products.
If we go to the town we will definitely not look for another option.
