Huge Disappointment
Huge disappointment for me. I came with the trust and reputation of Marriott, but this hotel is not up to a 5-star standard. The elevators are extremely old, and only one elevator to the pool area is working, which means guests have to wait at least 15 minutes every time.
Also to reach to the Pool you need to cross a pathway which is fully exposed to sun it could be covered with some shed as it is 40 degree outside.
The room view is also disappointing, with only surrounding buildings visible. The biggest concern was the pool hygiene. The pool water was very dirty, and I even saw tissues or some kind of waste floating in the water, which is completely unhygienic. On top of that, many people were in the pool without proper swimming costumes, some even wearing night suits.
I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, and this experience does not reflect the dignity and standards expected from a Marriott property. Even if the hotel is crowded, proper maintenance, cleanliness, and guest standards should always be maintained.

Our stay at Marriott Al Jaddaf was nothing short of exceptional and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We chose the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the team exceeded every expectation in making it a truly unforgettable occasion.
To our delight, we were upgraded to a beautiful room, which had been thoughtfully decorated for our anniversary. Walking into the room was such a wonderful surprise, and every detail reflected the genuine care and effort the team had put into making our celebration special. It transformed a great stay into a cherished memory.
A very special thank you to the Front Office Supervisor who welcomed us during check-in. From the very first interaction, their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for. They handled everything with such grace and ensured our stay started on a perfect note. Marriott is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
What impressed us even more was the incredible honesty and commitment of Pradip and the hotel team when my wife's phone was forgotten at the hotel. Pradip immediately assisted in locating it, kept us informed throughout the process, and ensured it was safely recovered. In today's world, such integrity and dedication are truly priceless, and we are sincerely grateful to everyone involved.
Every member of the team we encountered was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. This level of personalized service is what sets Marriott Al Jaddaf apart and keeps guests coming back.

Marriot Al Jaddaf Stay
Our one-day stay at the Marriott was an excellent experience. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was especially outstanding, with a great variety of delicious food.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Taifur, Mr. MJ, Mr. Sabari, and Mr. Shoaib. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to visiting again.
