Friendly Staff - Mr Ilyas

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff Mr Ilyas was excellent—very friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. His behavior was professional and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. It was a unique and wonderful experience, thanks to the excellent service and cooperation of the staff, especially Elias, who worked in the restaurant. In addition, there was a wide variety of food options available for breakfast.

“An unforgettable holiday in Dubai”

My stay at the Sea Point Hotel Dubai Islands left a very pleasant experience.
The hotel is located in a beautiful location - close to the sea, beach, beautiful views and calm atmosphere. This is a great option for those who want to enjoy a comfortable holiday away from the bustle of the city.
Particularly enjoyed the cozy rooms, cleanliness, modern interior and pleasant grounds of the hotel. Separately, I would like to note the modern swimming pool and relaxation area with Jacuzzi - a wonderful place to relax, where you can enjoy beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere.
I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff – very attentive, polite and sympathetic staff. Always ready to help and try to make guests stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful stay cation

The place was amazing. Room was cleaned with soft bed. We are a family with 2 children and my kids felt happy here. Sidhik served us a sumptous dinner and a big breakfast. If you live in dubai and wanting to go to a quiet and nice place this one

terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience at Sea Point Hotel. We waited more than 3 hours at reception with no room, no proper communication, no air conditioning, and exhausted children crying from the heat and crowding. The hotel is unbelievably overcrowded, there is no parking, no service, and most guests around us were complaining nonstop. The staff kept giving false promises, and many people who checked in came back angry because the rooms were completely different from what was advertised.
