All right.

We arrived for one night only. We got Bungalow 33, our friends, the one next door to 34. Large room with kettle, tea, coffee, fridge, safe, air conditioning and a small balcony. There is a swimming pool (and we enjoyed it). We were 6 in total in the hotel (it's sad for them). I was a little scared because this hotel was not very rated and frankly, it is largely very decent. For the meal (because nothing around, so we stayed put), we had the choice between 4 courses (too bad, the dish with cashews was available but without cashews - while it is the country of cashews). For breakfast, it is bread, butter jam, plate of fruit and eggs, baking of your choice. This is a good hotel, there is nothing wrong. If need be, I'll come back to it without any problem.

Pleasantly surprised

Travel tour with Tui NF.
Hotel 5km from the city centre
Clean room , bed towels, nickel.
Hot shower
Air conditioning works
Meals: small hotel, remember to book your meals before so that the owner can make the deal. Meals very good for 6.5 euros (vegetables with pork, rice, fruit for dessert)
Breakfast: eggs bread jam butter fruit
Points of attention: the light flashes when you take a shower, that is really not top, the electrical standards are frankly not the same as in France
In short, good small hotel with very nice staff

Positive surprise

Our expectations were very low. However, we were definitely positively surprised.
The facility is beautiful, the pool cleaned and the food delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
There's absolutely nothing to say for one night.

RUN AWAY!!!

No hot water - closet doors held by paper - drawer jammed - dodgy bathroom mat - dirty toilet - toilet bowl not stable - showerheads and faucets not scaled - stains on walls and ceilings - switches, remote control air conditioning holder, TV screen and dirty remote controls - bed linen hangers - rusty fridge grills - tea bags not packaged - dust and waste above cabinet - power failure - air conditioning failure.
Contrary to what they say, no bar. Staff not involved: on the phone, discussing behind the bar not operational, non-English speaking and fleeing. Unmaintained pool and green water.
Dinner limit correct but breakfast catastrophic: dodgy eggs, no juice ...

Correct

There is little accommodation in this region to go see the Preah Vihear temple, and the scarcity of tourists has not helped. This hotel turned out to be better than our expectations. It is correct: rooms arranged along 2 aisles, large, with good bedding. On the other hand, the air conditioning hardly works and the trickle of water in the shower is very thin.
Kind service and very reasonable price.
