The hotel is new and still under construction. The first finished floor is 35, and all the floors below are under construction. There is no staircase, si if the power is down, you should climb down on a staircase under construction. And we had to do that.
Besides this, everything was ok. The breakfast was good, but every day the same, internet ok, location ok, cleanliness very good. The room was big and with a nice view, but very dirty windows, unfortunately. The location is ok.

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are very clean. However, some areas of the 1st-floor corridor are a bit dusty due to ongoing construction and remodeling. The breakfast offered was good, primarily featuring Chinese cuisine. From the window, you can enjoy views of the river and parts of the city. Additionally, there are many restaurants located nearby.

This is the worst worst worst worst hotel I have ever, 1st in the reception no speak English, 2nd the room I booked they not give me the same even I was show them I paid higher for this room,phone not working, air conditioning not working , no shampoo in bathroom, shower room very very tiny , no swimming pool, no gym, breakfast by name only no western or Asian food on breakfast, in rooms have bugs, when I ask the reception girl for water bottle she not provide.
Same building have many hotels under one roof ,
Construction on going in same building to make new rooms so very noisy too
Totally waist of money
No recommend at all

The hotel is still under construction, noisy and dusty. The hotel reception is a small counter manned by 2 staff who seemed disinterested with their job. The Otis lifts are supposed to be advanced model but was difficult to use. Breaks down often. The bedroom is large and spacious but the design flow is deeply flawed. The bath and face towels are placed away from the wash basin. There are no hangers anywhere in the shower area or outside. No soaps or hand soaps at the wash basin. Three miserable clothes hangers.
No Television channels available. No chambermaids would clean your room and change the linen unless you request for the service.
The so called restaurant is a glorified Staff canteen staffed by a elderly guy who double up as chef and manager. No one whether management or staff really wear proper hotel uniforms.The food warmers have plastic covers which fogs up. Food is standard Chinese breakfast fare. stayed there 3 nights and same breakfast offering daily. Really the worst hotel experience in Phnom Penh and supposedly of 4 star standard. Trip.com should not even promote this so called hotel in their app. Really spoilt my stay in Phnom Penh.

The hotel is new but the people there don’t know how to deal with travelers . They should improve their attitude.
