Amazing

Had a terrible experience as I arrived at the Blue mountain village resort to attend a wedding the next day and was told our room had issues and only 1 room left with no air conditioning(35 degrees) was sent to the Westin and the staff was amazing. Pierre insured us a room for the 2 nights we were there, got parking and Starbucks vouchers!! The restaurant is amazing, 10/10, 100% recommend.

The location right in the village was ideal, and as longtime fans of the Westin brand, we had high expectations. There were several highlights: early check-in was granted a few hours ahead of time without any fees, pre-arrival email communication was seamless, and having both EV chargers and pet-friendly accommodations made traveling with our dog effortless.
However, a few areas need improvement. The bathroom had a noticeable odor coming from the old shower curtain—an easy fix, but disappointing compared to the modern glass showers found at most major hotels today. The parking-to-elevator area also feels neglected and could use a thorough refresh. Lastly, the downstairs bar was filled with super loud, late-night partygoers; the overall vibe felt more like a cruise ship crowd than a family hotel.
Overall, it's still a good option for families and pet owners, but a bit of upkeep and noise management would go a long way.

Parking Lot Views for primo pricing

The Westin Trillium is a stain on the Blue Mountain name and the Westin name. When I booked, the views promised were resort view or mountain view. Nowhere was “parking lot” view mentioned. These rooms should not be sold at the same tier as the other rooms in the category. We asked to change rooms and were told they couldn’t. Unacceptable. Nobody should be staying in this room at full price in my opinion. The Westin doesn’t care though. What a disappointment. I can’t believe we paid more to stay here than in one of the little hotels.

We are disappointed to see that you were not satisfied with your stay and recognize that not all hotel rooms can offer the same view. The image you have provided is from the side of the building that faces the slopes. The direction of the image is facing directly below your balcony and showcases our operations building and parking area, along with a pedestrian walkway that leads to the Village. We regret to hear that the parking area directly below your suite detracted from your overall enjoyment.
During peak travel periods we tend to experience high occupancy, and this can limit our ability to make last minute room changes. It appears that this was the case during your stay and we can assure you that we are happy to provide room change requests when occupancy permits.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions.
What truly stood out was the staff — they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

A wonderful and relaxing stay

We arrived early, and although our room wasn't ready we were able to park and use the pool, which was perfect.
When our room was ready, Lynn was an absolute wonderful front desk agent, who helped celebrate our special occasion, Lynn was also friendly and kind.
The room was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed our balcony and the fresh air, and view of the village. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious.
I can't wait to go back.
