Happy

Clean and well located hotel
Friendly staff
Spacious and comfortable room
Maybe the bathroom needs to be refreshed
And the simple but substantial breakfast was included (which was not noted in our reservation)
So happy with our night

I booked for a night, when we got there, they couldn't give us a room.due to an overbooking, a software error and the hotel was full. They tried to redirect us to another hotel that didn't accept pets and we traveled with two cats!
So we never stayed and will obviously never go back.
(Fortunately, we were able to find a room at Comfort Inn.)
From what I saw at the reception and bar area, it didn't look as a hotel suited for families, so all in all, I'm glad we didn't stay there.
Now waiting for a refund.

Clean but not up to date

Well located, no charging stations for VE, no USB plug in the room, very poorly soundproofed, shower soap in small bar format as in hotels, lunch is offered on the dance floor of the adjoining bar (doubtful taste)
Time has passed, needing a major renovation....34 rooms only on 4 floors.
Clean, no more.

To avoid

Room and bed were fine. Hotel well located downtown for access to restaurants. However, the area is horrible with a bus terminal in front and a dubious neighborhood. The worst is the discotheque itself with its music and the shouts of guests until 3:00 in the morning. For sleep, we'll come back. To avoid, yes to avoid.

Disappointing

Hello.
First room we receive shower water is either too hot or too cold not possible what is lukewarm and the other room we receive overlooks the bar, not possible to sleep with music and people outside.before 3am. Not to mention the air conditioning that makes a noise and the double bed that leans in the middle. I'll never come back here
