All staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was large, spacious and clean. Bathroom soap was nice smelling and good quality.
Hotel is close to many restaurants and places to go. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quite place, with lots of rooms, spacious rooms, pool inside and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. And lotts of free parking

Very clean room with all the modern amenities. A/C worked well and easy to adjust. Lots of USB chargers and AC outlets. Beds and bedding was comfortable.

Great location for a family

Law Cranberry is located near the Golf course. We had the main floor and there was a large storage room to put our bikes and strollers. Our unit was perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children. We had 2 large bedrooms and 2 spacious washrooms with a tub and shower. The carpet should be removed t because the carpet did not seem to be clean and there was no vacuum. Any request we had where promptly delivered to our unit. For example; baby cot, tongs, spatula, toilet paper and extra towels. Location is perfect. Your are near the bike trials of Georgian bay, shops, blue mountain village and Scandanave spa. Unfortunately, You have to drive to the indoor pool at Vitality and make reservations for the outdoor adult only pool at the Golf Course. The outdoor pool seems to be neglected and needs to be upgraded.

Vitality Vacations/ Livingstone (Resort?)

This is such a poor pathetic place!
No housekeeping in rooms
There are bugs in room
Room itself is very basic
unlike the one they show you when you purchase the package.
Beds are definitely NOT queen size and they have seen better days!
They say you get FREE round of gold but package for 3 days 2 nights costs $120.00 so ur paying for that golf it’s NOT free.
Pathetic just pathetic!!!!
So basically you get to stay for free in a nothing to write home about room with no housekeeping and the elevator and hallways smelled atrocious, And to get to stay for free you need to listen to some poor individual who literally stands on their head to sell you BS TIMESHARE . If you don’t mind having to listen to this garbage the golf which you paid for and 45 minute aquapath which you paid for was worth it.

The package you booked includes attendance at a 90-minute sales presentation, which is a stated condition of the promotional package. We understand that this type of presentation may not be of interest to every guest, but it is part of the package terms agreed to at the time of booking.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the golf and Aquapath experience. While these amenities are included as part of the package, we understand your perspective regarding the overall value and how the package was presented.
We regret that your experience fell short of what you anticipated, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
