Wonderful Place for an Eastern Townships Escape!
I love everything about this hotel ... we had the room with two beds which were super comfortable. There are wonderful common areas where we ate breakfast and snacks and you're right on top of the amazing Brasserie Dunham which makes amazing beer. The same complex also has a cute food market, a great bike shop where we rented e-bikes, and a wonderful shop selling beautiful baby alpaca knits. Hope to go back really soon!

Perfect central location to meander Eastern townships
A fabulous find. Lodgings were impeccably maintained, clean and quiet. Staff in and around the hostel and brewery are super friendly, happy and hard working. After a few days our two couples were made to feel like family.
There's a wonderful room on the 2nd floor to have coffee, get-together or relax after a day of sightseeing, or imbibing in local restaurants or wineries.
The brewery downstairs is comfortable, lots of outdoor space too. Note the bar area behind the hostel where covered picnic benches set the scene to pick up their wonderful in house smoked brisket sandwiches.
Martin and his team work very well together, it's a pleasure to watch them all in perfect motion. Organized chaos to some. Being in the hospitality trade myself for 40 odd years, it's refreshing to see life being put into this old crossroads hotel in the middle of Dunham.
Expect more from this endeavour over the years, it'll be fun to watch it grow.
We had a private room with ensuite bathroom. Toiletries were supplied, some from just down the road in Frelighsburg from Oneka Elements

You can't go wrong!
You can't go wrong with this place. The rooms are unique, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The bedding is crisp and spotless and the beds are large singles and so-o-o comfortable. You need to walk up a few flights of stairs depending on where your room is.
We were 3 ladies taking a little break to getaway and try some local wineries and to just get a change of scenery. It was nice that we each had our own bed.
The downstairs brasserie / brewery has a nice vibe and the staff is friendly. The beer is amazing! I enjoyed the cherry flavoured beer most.
We found a little restaurant just down the road that serves breakfast as of 8:00 am called L'épicerie-café Dunham which the owner of Bo-Ho recommended.
For dinner we enjoyed the Brasserie Dunham. Our second night we went to Bodega for dinner, but it really wasn't any good. You can skip that place which serve microwaved frozen dinners.
If you like spas, Balnea is the place to go. We went for 2 hours, but you can easily spend the day there especially in the summer, because there is a lake that you can swim in too and there's a nice restaurant inside.
We will be sending our friends over to Bo-Ho for sure!

Not so impressed
Stayed in the king suite for 2 nights while hiking and biking in the region. The room was very clean and comfortable and we got quick answers to our questions over the phone. However, the water pressure in the shower was very weak and for a few seconds every time it felt like we would run out of water. Breakfast is not included and there is not even a coffee maker in the room. Ah! And you need to drive 15 min if you want breakfast before 10:00 in Dunham (not at all their fault, but just FYI if you plan an early start to your activities). Bad price-quality ratio.
