Great staff!!! Great atmosphere!!!
Upon arrival, we were enthusiastically greeted and pre-checked in by Brett. He was so patient, cooperative, and helpful as we got the details sorted out — his service was phenomenal from the very start. Brett was exceptional.
Later, we received a text notification from Brett that our room was ready, but because we were out, we couldn't make it back immediately. When we finally returned, we were warmly assisted by Chris. He provided another outstanding service — among other things, he helped us with the room TV so my kid could watch a specific channel — and handed us our welcome gift of cookies and bottles of water, which were greatly appreciated in the hot temperature. Chris too was phenomenal.
The room itself was comfortable and cool — the AC was blasting, which we really appreciated given the heat outside — and we had a great, restful sleep. There are also plenty of food options nearby, which was convenient. We noticed a couple of very minor cosmetic things (some peeling wallpaper and one nearly empty Kleenex box), but the moment we mentioned it, the box was replaced right away. Small stuff, and it didn't take away from the experience at all.
During our stay, we also met Carrie, who managed breakfast with mastery, a beautiful smile, and a friendly, welcoming presence. Ahmed made our departure just as seamless, being polite, smiling, and helpful as he checked us out.
Everyone (including the housekeeping crew) was so welcoming.

Dirty towels in bathroom from previous guest. No toilet paper. Smelled very much like a smoking room despite booked as non-smoking. Called front desk to report, no answer.

The check in was horrible. Super long waits the rooms were not ready at 6:00 pm. Short staffed. No breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 am.

Fantastic stay
We stayed one night with our grandson and found the hotel to be very clean and all the staff to be very friendly, welcoming, and professional. This is noteworthy, in our view. Our grandson loved the pool, which to our luck is open until 11:00pm. The breakfast choices consist of regular and strawberry waffles, omelettes, ham, potatoes, cereal, and yogurts. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great but needs variety. Shops near by was fantastic. The hotel needs to improve on cleaning the rooms at least every two days. We waited four days before our room could be clean. We only stayed five nights.
Overall experience was great. We would definitely go back to that hotel.
