We only spoke English and were unable to speak French. They had an English representative their to greet us and provide us the keys, even though we were there a little bit past the 10 PM check-in.
It was a beautiful room and well maintained property

Room were clean staff were very pleasant and helpful,
On the site it say that it is hotel and restaurant but restaurant was not even open which was disappointing because that was one of the reason for me to choose that location .

Upon check in, the breakfast station was a little concerning, but in the morning it was fully stocked with lots of quick items, plenty of choices. Rooms were cleaner than some pricier hotels,

Room was just ok, nothing like the pictures online, tiles over tub had holes in them, bathroom was dated, we had to pay $40 plus tax for our 8 lb dog, most expensive in Canada that we've seen. Seemed like our room may have been not as nice cause we had a pet friendly room, if so we should not have had to pay extra for the room. Not a 3 star room when compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

The room was nice and service was good but did not get complete room service for cleaning room as when we came back for our second night bed was not made and ran out of toilet paper but they did give us some clean towels.
