On the plus side rooms are decent and housekeeping is very good. Also breakfast is very good so I would recommend if you not sure whether to pay the fee or not. Staff in general are both courteous and efficient. Hotel is centrally located, close to subway stations, so easy to get around the city .
Unless they can sort out the air conditioning issue and have a more flexible security deposit policy, then I would not consider staying here again.

Complete Shambles !
My “TV greeting” was aimed at someone else. My TV & phone did not work on arrival.
I requested an iron, it was not delivered, I chased & just got the iron, no board. Stupidly I put a few items in for laundry service, 48 hrs + I’m still waiting. I leave the hotel at 06:30 in the morning and would like to b able to pack but I can’t as I’m still awaiting my Laundry. It’s now 19:00 hrs, I put it in at 11:00am yesterday & have been chasing since 12:00 today.
My laundry was eventually delivered at 20:30. It’s a joke hotel !
